PURPOSE
The purpose is to define a system for selection and recruitment of manpower, in order to
ensure employment is given to the qualified person. Also define the method of identifying
and conducting training program systematically and effectively.

SCOPE
This procedure covers HR activities of manpower requisition, interview process, evaluation
of personnel and all training activities.

Description
- New recruited employee will be
given induction training.
- The induction program shall cover
but not limited to the following:
(i) Introduction to company
background
(ii) Quality Policy & Objectives
(iii) Introduction to overall company
operations / QMS
(iv) Job Description
(v) On-job training
- Upon completion, employee will be
assigned to appropriate duties under
supervision for 3 to 6 months of
probation period.
- After completion of probation, the
performance of employee will be
evaluated, where the probation
period could be extended for
incompetent employee, or terminated
as determined by HOD.
