ercury!. The definition of noral blood pressure that has
been agreed upon by a nuber of edical societies is a
nuber of easureents as following+
, *oral blood pressure+ systolic should be less than -.0

*ow a popular 2uestion+ that whether a person can give up
blood pressure and live healthy without edications once his
blood pressure is restored to a noral level by edicines# the
answer according to y opinion is that if a person had a ild
hypertension then this is 2uite possible that you gradually
increase the gap in doses and subse2uently give up the
edicines and adopt natural and balanced diet and take
regular e$ercise# but if you have a peranent stage .
hypertension then its notadvisable to giveup the edicines
without consulting your 2ualified physician as if you give up
the edicine and you face soe eergency then it can be
dangerous and soeties fatal. 'o if you want to give up the
edicines then do it according to the advice of your physician.
