ISO IEC 27001 is an information security management standard.

It takes a very
broad approach. In the context of this standard, the term information includes
data, documents, messages, communications, conversations, transmissions,
recordings, drawings, and photographs. It includes all forms of information.
This page presents an overview of ISO IEC 27001 2013. It does not provide detail.

4. Contextual Requirements
4.1. Understand your organization and its particular context.

establish its information security management system (ISMS).

4.2. Define the needs and expectations of your interested parties.
