Initially appointed as Store Manager, and by applying highly effective strategies to
control the processes & to cut down operational cost, the company, promoted me.
Currently holds the position of Procurement In charge for the company that includes
operations of multiple departments.

My responsibilities include:

Oversee & control local purchases for the company (both cash & credit).
Conduct market research to get useful insights about the trend, and to assist
management with best purchasing decisions.
Closely work with the team and stores to maintain demand and supply of the
goods required and issue local purchase orders to keep track of the orders.
Manage Import & Export of them company in terms of stocktaking and
availability of goods, in store and in other departments.
Conduct bi-monthly stock checking amongst stores to ensure we have ample
supply.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to maintain the stocks, and
control purchase prices for the company.
Additionally, manage all the trade-in/out vehicles for purchases and delivery of
goods from one store to another.
