I, ROSALINA ECOM, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, and a resident of Loakan Proper, Baguio City. I am the owner of that certain parcel of land covered and embraced under ASSESSMENT REAL PROPERTY No. 2006-06- 017-53692, with an area of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FOURTEEN 92,914) SQUARE METERS more of less, located at Loakan-Liwanag, Baguio City and particularly bounded as follows:
NORTH : ASS. LOT NO. L001 SOUTH: ASS. LOT NO. L049 EAST : ASS. LOT NO. L049 WEST : ASS. LOT NO. L001
I hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER and CEDE a portion with an aggregate area of SEVENTY FIVE (75) SQUARE METERS more or less, particularly described in Tax Declaration hereto attached and marked as Annex A and made part of this document, unto JOSEFA URMAZA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen with residence and postal address at Maridith, Loakan, Baguio City, all my rights and participation over the aforementioned property pertaining to the 75 square meters, she being related to me by consanguinity;
For and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I, the said OWNER, have transferred, released, assigned and waived, and by these presents, do hereby WAIVE, without warranty of any nature or kind, unto and in favor of the said JOSEFA URMAZA, her heirs and assigns, all my rights and interests, which I have over the above-described (portion) parcel of land; and
By virtue of this WAIVER, among other rights appurtenant thereto, he may apply for ELECTRICITY CONNECTION with the concerned agency.
I have freely and voluntarily executed this WAIVER without anyone coercing and influencing me.
