INSTRUCTIONFORTHECONDIDATES

1. The candidate must bring a copy of his/her application, a passport size

photograph, rank certificate at the end of 6
th
Semester and original and
photocopiesofhis/hermarksheetsanddegreecertificatesforverification.

2. Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and
produceoriginalcertificatesetc.forverificationatthetimeofinterview.

3. All the candidates called for Interview will be paid to and fro single secondsleeper
class railway fare by the shortest route from their place of residence to the Institute.
Theyhavetoproduceevidence(tickets)insupportoftheirclaim.

4. Students joining Ph.D programme under the prestigious Start Early scheme will be
consideredforfellowship/stipendbasedonthelaiddownnorms.

5. If selected, you are required to pay the fees and deposits as applicable within the
stipulatedtimetoconfirmyouradmission.

6. The Institute reserves the right to withdraw the admission in case candidate DOES
NOT fulfill minimum qualification / required percentage of marks in qualifying
examinationorsuppliesanyfalseinformation.
