November, on behalf of the Mary Island Fishing Club DERBY
and the Broome Fishing Club, we wish to invite all members of all clubs to compete in the
Annual Kimberley Interclub at the Willare Bridge Roadhouse on the Derby Hwy. Get a team
together for boat or land based barra fishing and head along for a seriously awesome
weekend, you could win for your club the Infamous Interclub Perpetual Trophy which is
displayed at Willare Roadhouse all year round. The Derby crew will be defending their title
after last years win. Friday Night 14
th
November will be a compulsory meal and briefing along
with a boogie on down to a local band at Willare Roadhouse. Entry kit collection from 5pm,
briefing will be at 8pm sharp with dinner starting around 7.30pm. Fishing will be from 7am
Saturday through till 10am Sunday morning. (ie Fishing all Saturday night O.K.). Brunch will
be served during presentations Sunday.

Note: No late sheets will score & all fish MUST be recorded on official score sheets that
will be handed out on the Friday Night !!!
Fish anywhere you like for the Barra, but all Fisheries rules and regulation apply
This is a catch and release Comp and the Top 5 scores from each Club in cms will win the
Trophy.
Meals
BBQ night on Friday with the Bar open and the Pool awaiting you, Brunch on Sunday is cold
Meat and Salad, followed by the Presentation.
Cost
$40.00 per person, Children 12 under $20.00 per person (includes Friday night dinner and
Sunday lunch presentation)
Accommodation
Everyone MUST stay at Willare Bridge Roadhouse on Friday Night. You are responsible for
booking your own accommodation- directly with Willare PH 9191 4775. There are a
variety of overnight options detailed below (book early room accommodation is limited, please mention
you are with the fishing clubs)
Facilities at Willare are:
Camping ground capacity of 40 tents
Caravan powered sites 25
Motel rooms, Double Donga & Single bed room with ensuite
