1.0 METHODOLOGY ON THE PROJECT
Valerus Compression Services will be able to design, engineer and manufacture
equipment for the selected design and ship within a Ten (10) month delivery period. This
equipment will be modularized to the fullest extent possible and will include, at a
minimum, the following skids excluding optional skids that may be elected:

The Flow Station has;
Compresses 40 mmcfd and transmits via a pipeline
This flow station will also have a Pig Launcher
Inlet Slug Catcher
Discharge Scrubber
Metering
Instrument Air System
Power Generation
MCC Building & Controls


Valerus appreciates the opportunity to assist Talon with the delivery of this packaged
solution for the Project. We have performed engineering and constructability evaluations of
the system in accordance with the design information, correspondence provided and the
system design preferences.
Valerus Compression Services can provide complete engineered and fabricated solutions
for our customers gas processing requirements. We welcome the opportunity to support
NPDS with this critical Project. The information in this report is to provide a process basis
and commercial estimates for the project to support the business objectives for NPDS.
