Total Employee Involvement is used in Titan Time Products
Limited as involving employees in functions and decision making
process at all levels in the organization is the prime objective of
the HR department
TTPL feels that the organization becomes more e!ective "hen all
the departments "ork together and harmoniously to"ards the
common goal This goal is achieved by forming #mall $roup

employees to continuously think of ideas and to obtain
creative suggestions from them in order to improve all

procedures1 cost reduction1 elimination of "aste1 optimum
utilization of valuable resources1 safety1 energy conservation1
etc The importance of this system is not only bene2ts to the
company1 but total employee involvement in the continuous
improvement process This techni*ue got a highly favorable
response and since its implementation it has provided many
changes in the organization The reason "hy this motivational
techni*ue "as introduced "as so that the employees can so
that the employees themselves can think of solutions and
"ays to curb the various problems faced in the "orking area

3uality circles are formed to tackle various issues or problems
present in the organization It consists of cross functional
members from production and *uality departments that are
chosen depending on the type of issue to be addressed These
3uality circles discuss and develop e!ective solutions that are
suggested % 3uality circle is formed for every framed
problem
iii I 4rive E5cellence
This is an employee involvement program adopted by TTPL
The program is aimed at measuring the additional6special
initiatives sho"n by a person in various factors of "ork1 over
and above the normally e5pected contributions &as measured
in performance appraisal' It not only promotes individual
development but also encourages group development "ith
the 7-e drive e5cellence program8 &for departments' The
employees are rated for e5cellence on the follo"ing
parameters

the highest in the above criteria1 and he6she is allo"ed to display this
