At the same time, the workows of MYOB RetailManager remain unchanged so processing a transaction will be the same as it was in previous version. Your staff will not need to be retrained. Increased exibility when printing Customer Statements Customer Statements now print in the order of your choice. In earlier version, the Customer Statements would print in the same order as the Customer Number. Now, the customers statements will print in any order you like, be it by Given Name, Surname or Company Name. Stock ltering in Contact Groups The Contact Groups feature now allows you to lter your contacts by stock items that they have purchased. You can lter by department, category or by the default supplier of the stock item. This helps you to create targeted marketing campaigns and to build relationships with your customers. Build customer relationships by targeting new customers The Contact Groups lters now allow users to select the First Purchase date. This allows you to send welcome messages to new customers who have made their rst purchase within a given date range.
