WINTER SPORTS SEASON IS ALMOST UPON US!! The official start date for Winter Sports and tryouts is a little over a week away! (Wednesday, October 29 th ). Student-athletes must make sure they have all required paperwork turned into coaches before being eligible to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Pre-Season Parent/Eligibility Meeting: Mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 5 th (6:00 p.m. in Main Gym) for the required Pre-Season Parent/Eligibility Meeting for Winter Sports. Attendance is mandatory and only Parent/Student Honor Codes distributed and signed at the meeting will be accepted (THIS WILL BE PROOF OF ATTENDANCE).
Friday, October 24th, 2014 Pink Out Game vs. Berry - 7pm Kickoff! Hello all~ We are fast approaching the date-October 24th/Pink Out Game- of the BBQ at Ardrey Kell:) We are in desperate need of Volunteers. Here is a run down of the days schedule- Morning volunteers starting at 10:00am and hopefully staying until 1:30ish. Afternoon volunteers starting at 3:00pm and staying until 6:30ish. We are having a DJ playing during the afternoon tailgate~KICK OFF at 7:00pm!
Please email Mary Sapyta if you can commit to a time frame on that date-October 24th. We will need ALOT of volunteers for this event to be SUCCESSFUL so please refer them to Mary- mwa@carolina.rr.com If you can volunteer- respond to this email stating your name, phone # and availability on the 24th-ASAP. Mary will, in turn, send your volunteer hours to you as soon as she can so that you can plan ahead:)
We are also in need of Baked goods~ Anything "sweet" that YOU can place in a ziplock bag or any cakes or pies that are boxed. Please deliver all baked goods to the main office by 10:00am the day of the sale or bring to the tent in the bus lot-October 24th:)
Volunteers will be asked to fill orders- including making bbq plates; selling baked goods; collecting money/tickets; Maintaining the tailgate area, delivery drivers(morning/lunch time hours) and just about anything else that may be asked:) Its a really fun day and we look forward to making this our most successful BBQ ever!
