REVISED PARKING RULES

FOR TIMBERWALK
These Parking Rules are adopted in accordance with Associations power to promulgate Rules and
Regulations as set forth in the Bylaws of Timberwalk Community Association, Inc, recorded in !fficial Record
Book "#$%" Page $&' of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, affecting that certain community known as
(Timberwalk) These Rules will be effecti*e as of the date of the Board of +irectors meeting at which the Rules
are adopted
Rules:
" ,ub-ect to applicable laws and ordinances, any *ehicle.automobile of any nature parked in
*iolation of the co*enants and restrictions contained in the +eclaration for Timberwalk
Community Association, Inc, or in the rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted by the
Board of +irectors, may be towed by the Association /or its agent0 without notice at the sole cost
and e1pense of the owner of such *ehicle.automobile The Association shall not be liable to the
owner of such *ehicle.automobile for trespass, con*ersion or otherwise, nor guilty of any criminal
act, by reason of such towing 2or purposes of this rule, (*ehicle) shall mean those set forth in
Article 3% of the +eclaration and shall mean campers, boats, boat trailers , recreational *ehicles
and types of non4passenger *ehicles of e*ery type, kind or description
' 5o commercial *ehicle bearing commercial insignia or names shall be parked on any tot
e1cept within an appro*ed structure which pre*ents such *iew thereof from ad-acent lots and
streets unless such *ehicle is temporarily parked for the purpose of ser*ing such lot
6 7ach *ehicle must be registered with the Association through Ad*antage Property 8anagement
9 :uest parking will be a*ailable on a (first come, first ser*e basis)
% ;ehicles left in guest parking for in e1cess of % days with no mo*ement< or *ehicles using guest
parking for storage, will be towed
& Any *ehicle parked at any time, on the road, on any grass area, or on any common areas will be
sub-ect to immediate towing

The Association has contracted with a towing company which has been authori=ed to tra*erse the
community at any time, and any *ehicle in *iolation of these Rules, or the restrictions as set forth in Article 3% of
the +eclaration, will be sub-ect to towing
The foregoing was adopted as the Timberwalk Parking Rules, by a ma-ority *ote of the Board of +irectorsof
Timberwalk Community Association, Inc, at a meeting of the Board, duly called for such purpose
