The HA Agent pings other agents every 1 second, if no
response received it will keep trying for 13 seconds.

If no response is received for 12 sec, the AAM agent will
ping the isolation address (The gateway by default)

If no response is received for additional 3 sec, the AAM
will send a Queued Isolation Event message to the vpxa.
The VPXA then declares the host isolated, and terminates
the HA agent process.

The HA agent communicates with the VM Tools running
inside the VM via a private heartbeat channel.

If no heartbeat is received in a configurable duration, the
agent will check if the VM has any Disk-IO/Network activity.

If no disk IO or Network activities were detected, the agent
will take a screenshots of the VM & store it in the VM folder.
The agent then reset the VM for reboot and store an event
msg in the vCenter server with the link to the BSOD imgs.
