This is the exact opposite of what he told me
on June 29. 2010 in a one-on-one interview
with him for South China Morning Post, the
Hong Kong newspaper I write for.
Last Thursday, Binay even told reporters
categorically:
We do not own [the property]. We
just leased a portion of it for our
piggery business JCB Farms from
1994 to 2010.
And the website of his Office of the Vice
President uploaded a statement from the Vice
Presidential legal counsel Martin Subido
asserting the same claim:
From 1994 to 2010, the Vice
President operated a piggery
business in Rosario, Batangas.
This piggery business was a sole
proprietorship duly reported in his
SALNs and in his ITRs, Subido
said.
The Vice President did not own
any land where his piggery
business was operated. Rather, he
was a lessee of around nine
hectares of land, with the
improvements he introduced for
the piggery business duly reported
as Leasehold Improvements, he
added.
But in 2010 two days before he was sworn
into office as the Vice-President, Binay
volunteered to me the information that he set
up a babuyan (piggery) on around 10
hectares of land in Batangas. He said he had
not inherited the land. He said he had bought
the land for around 30 pesos per square
meter.

Trying to reconcile what he said then with what
hes saying now, I phoned the Vice-
Presidents media relations chief Joey
Salgado.
Although he answered the call on his mobile,
Salgado could not seem to hear me he kept
saying hello? hello? so we ended up
texting each other back and forth.
I texted Joey Salgado:
Sir, is it the Vice Presidents
position that he never owned the
land on which his pig farm was
located? Thanks raissa robles,
journalist-blogger.
Salgado texted back:
Yes raissa.
I texted him again:
If this is his position, then why did
he tell me in my interview with him
in 2010 that he bought around 10
hectares for his piggery?
His purchase price was 30 pesos
per square meter. thats what he
told me. thanks.
Salgado replied:
JCB farms has a leasehold
agreement from 1994 until 2010
when he divested after his
election.

And Salgado replied
There is a leasehold agreement

I asked Salgado to e-mail me a copy of the
leasehold agreement. I also asked him:
So what do you think the VP
meant when he told me in 2010 he
had bought the land on which his
piggery in Batangas was located?
There was no further reply from Salgado.
Because of this, I decided to turn to you, dear
readers, to ask you to listen to a portion of my
taped interview with Binay. I want you to tell
me frankly whether I misheard the Vice
President Binay tell me on June 29, 2010 that
he had bought the land for his pig farm.
My entire interview with him lasted one hour,
26 minutes and 15 seconds. It was intended
for a personality profile of Binay for South
China Morning Post HK). I decided to do a
profile of him since I felt even then that he
would be a serious contender in the 2016
presidential race because of his stunning
come-from-behind victory over Mar Roxas.
I also wanted to get to the bottom of the
allegations of corruption against him, so I
thought it was but fair to hear his side on the
issue.
Theres one part of the interview I have to put
in context: It concerns the secret bedroom in
the mayors office. I was recalling to Binay
something he had shown me way back in
1986, when he had just been appointed
Officer-in-Charge of Makati City by Local
Governments Secretary Aquilino Pimentel Jr.
in place of Nemesio Yabut. Yabut had died
during the Edsa People Power revolution.
I will explain in my next piece why I had asked
Binay about the secret bedroom.
I recorded the entire interview on a Sony digital
recorder and also took notes on my laptop
(which you hear in the background.)
For a long time, I did not know where I had
placed the digital file since it dated back to four
years ago and Im not the most organized
person especially when it comes to digital files.
In short, I had misplaced it in my hard drive.
Last week, I decided to do a file-by-file search
of my hard drive and found it misfiled under
October 2010. No wonder I couldnt find it.
At first I wanted to upload the entire file. But
then I realized that YouTube does not allow
uploading of audio files alone. Therefore, I
decided to find the most pertinent portion of
the file and make a kind of slide show using
the photos I had taken of VP Binay during that
interview.
It is this portion which I uploaded on Youtube.
You can hear and view it at the end of this
piece.
I have also transcribed below the portion of the
uploaded interview. The paragraphs in bold
are my questions to him. Followed by his
answers.

to ask you, sir. Um, may nilabas
na extensive report tungkol sa
inyo ang Newsbreak. I think that
was 2001. But according to
them, sinagot niyo naman yung
mga, yung mga allegations
doon. What I want to ask you is
How many houses, condos,
properties do you own?
Binay: Tipo lang ni Monsod ang
nagsasabi niyan.
Hindi , hindi. I dont care about
Monsod, Sir.
Binay: Kasi inulit na naman yung
charges na yan. Condos, bahay.
Hindi, pero, is it I mean, ok.
Personally, I mean , kung
anuhin nyo yung family, how
many do you own? Houses
Binay: yung bahay namin at saka
yung bahay namin sa Batangas.

Binay: Condo, dati yung anak ko

Per square meter. Sir, kasi, Sir, I
can understand, Gloria Arroyo
has been trying to get you for a
long time. Since 2001. Parang
hinuhuli na kayo. And so I also
look at what the Commission on
Audit is coming out with.
[NOTE: At this point, I ask VP
Binay about the income and
statement figures of the city of
Makati but he says such
technical matters are best left to
the city treasurer Barlis.
Then I ask him again about
another corruption allegation
against him.]
There is a Ok, this is a
widespread perception and this
didnt come from Winnie
Monsod. (9:44 minutes into the
video). In fact I have been you
know, I have been hearing it on
the Internet. Every time daw a
building is constructed (in
Makati) you get one unit.
Binay: You know ang talagang
mahirap sa atin. You know this is a
negative thinking society. Anything
negative especially on the life of a
local, of a government official,
tinatanggap agad yon as gospel
truth.
Aaaa. Hindi ka puwedeng
makagawa ng bahay mo. At
kailangan talagang dapat
extreme poverty, yun ang mga
ideal government official.
Hindi dapat umasenso.
At saka lahat ng kaso ko
Ha?
Binay: Lahat ng kaso ko, panay
political yan. Pagkakatapos ng
eleksyon e ang charges kabi-
kabila.
E dito naman sa tin. Ito,
halimbawa maghiwalay tayo
ngayon. Kung ihabla kita ngayon
sa fiscals office. Nobody can
defend you. So you will already
have a case. Wala namang
censorship yan. You have to
undergo the process.
You know, I understand

you by Bobby Brillante. I know
for a fact, for instance nuon,

Brillante. I mean, I know that.
Because I used to cover local

is, its not that politicians
should stay poor, but I think

wondering is how did you

media natin. they delve on
technical matters. In many
instance they are not accurate.

understand why Gloria Arroyo
has been after you. Because

Binay: And Im a leader of the
opposition
Yes, I know.
Binay: You know, pagka tinignan

plunder kung ano pagka
kakampi ng administrasyon,
ministerial in nature. Sayang hindi

ko,e. Ang mga pinipirmahan mo
wala ka namang oras na tingnan
lahat yung dokumento noon.

Binay: I think I was the first local
official na nanghingi ng mga
coffins na yon.
Binay, collecting coffins. Pero
yung coffins na yon, ala pang
isang buwan naubos nang
lahat yonKasi napapabigay
sa mahirap yon.
Basta ang newsworthy dito is
negative.
O siguro, Sir, kasi, vinevet ka
lang ngayon ng tao. Because
youre looking, you know,
youre aiming for the highest
position.
Thats according to them.

initially running for president
Yes, but at this point lets forget
politics of 2016.
Ok.
Its time for us to work, try to unify
the country. Solve the basic
problems of hunger,
unemployment, peace and order,
corruption.

As simple as the most number of our voters are
poor at ano ba ang common language na mas
naiintindihan ng mga mahirap nating kabayan,
TAGALOG and when these politicians
communicate with them they speak our common
language, Pure Tagalog, at hindi nila hinahaluan ng

maintindihan ng masa,

There are ten greenhouses comprising
about 5,000 sqm used by Dra. Binay in Hacienda
Binay. Aside from the piggery, Binay admitted that
Dra. Binay operates an orchidarium in Hacienda
Binay. How much are those greenhouses worth?

The building may be built as a Quonset styled
greenhouse (polyhouse) covered by polyethylene or
the traditional glass greenhouse (glasshouse). By
US standard the polyhouse would cost locally about
PHP2,300 per sqm of floor area. A glasshouse
would cost about PHP3,000 per sqm floor area. And
definitely the buildings comprising the orchidarium
do not look like polyhouse or Quonset styled
structure.
Basis of computation: USD13 per square foot for a
polyhouse and USD18 per square foot for
glasshouse; PHP44 per USD; 10 square feet per
square meter; 40% local construction cost. Result is
about PHP3,000 per square meter of floor area of a
traditional glass greenhouse.
At PHP3,000 per sqm the greenhouses in Hacienda
Binay would cost about PHP15,000M, which
buildings are still owned and operated by Dra.
Binay. But such asset has never been declared by
VP Binay in his SALNs up to 2013.

Justice for misdeclaration of his SALNs.

houses and farm equipment, among other facilities.
Binay said that the farm comprises of 10,000 heads.
The swine industry needs a pig place of about 1 to
1.5 square meters per head. At 1 sqm per head,
10,000 pigs requires at least 10,000 sqm of floor
area. The DLS handbook of 2000 shows that
construction cost of industrial buildings such as a
warehouse or storage building is PHP10,000 per
sqm.
Assuming that the construction of pig houses costs
the same as a warehouse, it cost Binay at least
PHP100M to build the pig barns. The acquisition
cost of the pig houses alone are worth about
PHP100M. Of course the buildings depreciated but
the prices of building materials also appreciated.
Let us assume that the pig houses alone are worth
only 50% of their original value, Binay fetched about
PHP50M at the time he purportedly sold his piggery
farm to Agrifortuna in 2010. His 2010 SALN must
state such amount in the personal property section.
Moreover, the acquisition or construction cost of the
pig houses was never declared by Binay in all his
SALNs.

Most of what Tiu said in the
interview are motherhood statements that I can
find in my library. But one aspect of the interview
towards the last minute interests me. Tiu boldly
declared:
there can be potential in Agri-tourism. Cluster
interesting farms together and spend money to
develop them. Theres a lot of beautiful and
scenic agricultural sites in them.
I hesitate to say that Tiu is dreaming. Rather, it
betrays his scheme to con many poor farmers-
ARBs of Rosario, Batangas by clustering their
economic size farms of not more than 3 hectares
each into a huge Agri-tourism area, whatever
that means. At the same time the scheme
covers up the Hacienda Binay scam with
Sunchamp as front or dummy of Binay.
Another statement of Tiu in the interview that
caught my interest is about his savings from
school allowance to invest in stocks, which
ultimately led to his millions, maybe billions. I am
reminded of how Corona saved and kept US

that graft and corruption and bribery was
committed by VM Mercado. But for more than

Binay claimed that he earned about
PHP45M or PHP3M a year from his piggery farm in
1994 to 2010 to justify the net worth of PHP58M
declared in his 2010 SALN. Year 2010 was the year
he purportedly sold the JCB Farms to Agri-Fortuna,
but he did not say how much. Of course he can sell
it for a song, but the government has an interest on
the transaction for taxation purposes. Moreover, the
law requires Binay to declare in his 2010 SALN the
correct amount he got from the sale whether in
cash, receivables or investments.
Assuming that the sale was executed under a
normal course of transaction, Binay must have
received the fair market value of his piggery
property particularly the farm buildings and pigs.
What is the worth of these structures and livestock?
The swine industry assigns 1.5 square meters of
floor space per pig in big commercial piggery and
puts about 1,000 to 2,000 heads each building. In
UK the construction cost for such structure amounts
to 160 pounds sterling per square meter of floor
area. In the Philippines the construction cost of an
industrial building costs about PHP10,000 per
square meter.
For its 10,000 pigs JCB Farms needed 15,000
square meters of floor space spread over its 12 big
buildings. At PHP10,000 per square meter, the farm
buildings alone would cost PHP150M. And the
10,000 pigs would cost about PHP80M @PHP100
per kilo live weight of 80-kilo pigs.
The total worth of the piggery would be PHP230M,
which amount is near the figure of PHP250M told by
Vice Mayor Mercado to the senate. But not even
10% of such amount was declared by Binay in his
2010 SALN submitted on April 29, 2011. Thus, a
falsified SALN of Binay.
BTW Corona was impeached and convicted for
failure to declare his cash property in his SALN.
More than any big ticket projects of the Aquino
government, the removal and prosecution of VP
Binay must take precedence. Binay wont stop now
until he gets the presidency before or after the 2016
elections for self and family preservation.

Only plausible reason Binay did not inform
the registered owners of the land on his
dealings with Sunchamo, whether real or
fictitious, is Binay is the real owner and the
others were dummies to obtain CARP land
because Binay was not qualified to buy
CARP land. Trillanes will use this strategy to
pin TIU as the dummy of Binay. whatever Tiu
will present as evidence will be proven
fraudulent by Trillanes thru forged signatures
of registered landowners.
Tiu is in deep trouble that is why his only
early response is that he is a legitimate
businessman and will show proof on the
ownership of Hacienda. An honest bidder
would have shown the legal paper

inability to give a quick response to

10,000 pigs requires at least 10,000 sqm of floor
area. The DLS handbook of 2000 shows that
construction cost of industrial buildings such as a
warehouse or storage building is PHP10,000 per
sqm.
Assuming that the construction of pig houses costs
the same as a warehouse, it cost Binay at least
PHP100M to build the pig barns. The acquisition
cost of the pig houses alone are worth about
PHP100M. Of course the buildings depreciated but
the prices of building materials also appreciated.
Let us assume that the pig houses alone are worth
only 50% of their original value, Binay fetched about
PHP50M at the time he purportedly sold his piggery
farm to Agrifortuna in 2010. His 2010 SALN must
state such amount in the personal property section.
Moreover, the acquisition or construction cost of the
pig houses was never declared by Binay in all his
SALNs.

Monterey is approximately P100M for
10,000 weanlings of 30 kls each to be
cared for and disposed within 3 months
when the matured pigs weigh more or
less 90 kls each.
Each bldg. must have tunnel ventilation
(forced-draft ventilation) in lieu of air-con,
at least 2 500 KVA generating sets to
power the tunnel ventilations, water needs
and stand-by power, lagoons for the pigs
wastes (maybe converted to bio-gas to
lessen the over-powering stench), etc.
The binay camp said they divested of the

Requisites in the rule of the above case: To be
admissible as an admission by silence the
following requisites must concur as correctly
stated by the prosecution
(a) He must have heard or observed the act or

(c) He must have understood the statement;
(d) He must have an interest to object as he
would naturally have done if the statement was
not true;
(e) The facts are within his knowledge; and
(f) The fact admitted or the inference to be
drawn from his silence is material to the issue.
[Ciobal et al. were all acquitted for non-
compliance of the requisites of the above Rule.]
Interesting is SILENCE indeed.
But here is also an INTERESTING point. . . In
the CIOBAL case, there was the issue of the
defense that money was paid to a judge [who
retired later] which was not threshed out by the
trial judge which the SC got interested, and said
One last word. Benjamin Galvez [the

complainant against the accused] testified that
appellant Ebreo told him he and the other
accused paid P3,000.00 each to Judge Collado
for settlement of the case but Galvez denied
receiving anything from the judge. This is a
disturbing piece of information that the trial court
should have looked into during the trial. x x x .
More importantly, it was his
duty to help purge the judiciary
of the corrupt and misfits.
The records of this Court show Municipal Judge
Francisco Collado of San Fernando, La Union
was considered resigned from the service on
September 10, 1981. 16 As he is no longer in
the service let a copy of this decision be
furnished the Honorable Secretary of Justice,
Manila, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines,
Metro Manila, for such appropriate action
towards the criminal investigation and/or
prosecution or disbarment proceedings against
said former judge. x x x

Prosecution of Binay is the key to his

out in the Presidential run, the opponents will be

Please remember that the likes of Robin Visin

Most of what Tiu said in the
interview are motherhood statements that I can
find in my library. But one aspect of the interview
towards the last minute interests me. Tiu boldly
declared:
there can be potential in Agri-tourism. Cluster
interesting farms together and spend money to
develop them. Theres a lot of beautiful and
scenic agricultural sites in them.
I hesitate to say that Tiu is dreaming. Rather, it
betrays his scheme to con many poor farmers-
ARBs of Rosario, Batangas by clustering their
economic size farms of not more than 3 hectares
each into a huge Agri-tourism area, whatever
that means. At the same time the scheme
covers up the Hacienda Binay scam with
Sunchamp as front or dummy of Binay.
Another statement of Tiu in the interview that
caught my interest is about his savings from
school allowance to invest in stocks, which
ultimately led to his millions, maybe billions. I am
reminded of how Corona saved and kept US
dollars while still in high school to justify his huge
dollar accounts in banks.

across well. Many who know no better dismiss
his rags to riches story attributing his success to

Binay. In truth, his big success was founding ANI
and guiding it to the leading supplier of premium
Filipino mangoes amd bananas to the world.
That was in 2007, 2008, and 2009 according to
ANIs SEC financials. In the last several years,
ANIs growth and profitability has suffered
significantly and its share price has fallen from
as high as 20 to the twos and threes. No
wonder he has been trying to diversify using
Greenergy, a public holding company which he
has more control over than ANI. According to
published reports, Greenergy infused 55 million
pesos into Sunchamp in 2013 and around 350
million more in 2014. Thats a lot of public
shareholders money to put at risk buying a
manmade lagoon, mansions, assorted
improvements as well as the rights to use and
develop 145 hectares of land from AgriFortuna,
mostly hectarage neither owns.
Hmmmmmmmmm..I cant wait to find out what
smoking gun Trillanes uncovered proving Tiu got
his publicly traded comany involved in
something illegal with Binay!

he delivered his statements, and see his body
language only then that you can judge for yourself

many questions are asked of him
and he gives answers that might tend to
become betrayal of public trust, or graft and

trust by VP Binay. By his confession, he

bribery was committed by VM Mercado. But

bomb threats from colleges like San
Beda and other schools are starting to get
rampant? Also last week alone grenade
incidents starts popping up in different
areas in Mindanao that killed civilians.
6 Hours ago i read in GMA news that
there was a 3rd incident of a grenade
attack at Manila Police District Station 1 in

According to my bubwit, Samar group dropped
Binay. Samar is now negotiating with Balay to spare
demolishing Ochoa, Coloma, and Belmonte in
exchange for Binays impeachment. Chiz already
abandoned Binay and worried about being targeted
by the Balay faction since they already have the
bank account records of Chiz.
Ochoa is also not in the good graces of PNoy after
Binay attacked Pnoys infamous unconstitutional

investigate him at the same time plays the
persecution card.

implicating Ballsy and Eldon as well as the Babalu
Peping Cojuangco and Lopa. Binay thru his paid
media will also attack PNoy by rehashing the
Abnoy/Retarded line as well as PNoys
questionable sexuality.
3. To force the hand of SC to render judgment on
the DAP issue and divert the attention from his
Unexplained Wealth investigation in the Senate.
4. As a fallback if the confession tape are released
and implicates most of the Senators, Grace Poe will
be seen as a Saint and therefore run for the
Presidency. Poe will be supported by Binay, GMA,
and Eraps machinery and will be their Machurian
Candidate and last hope for being released from
jail!

One of my next articles will try to
answer the question Is a Binay
Abangan.
So, I preempted and warned her that she might be
electrocuted, I hastily pricked and exploded that trial
balloon so as to save her from plenty of criticisms
(my prediction).

ng Samar Group nila Ochoa,
Coloma, Chiz at pamilya ni PNoy na
sila Peping Cojuangco, mga
Bwitches Ballsy, Veil, Pinky, at Kris.
Sila ang malaking instrumento kung
bakit nananalo si Binay as VP ng
napaliit na margin of 2% against
Mar Roxas. Sa Communications
Group ng Malacanang hati din sa
Balay at Samar so pati sa message
may conflict at kung may stalemate
mas lamang si Binay.
Alam ng Balay at Samar na
karamihan sa kanila ay mga Kurap
din pero dahil sa Kurapsyon ng UNA
Senators napagtatakpan yung sa
kanila. In fact yung sa $30 million
MRT Inekon extortion issue
lumutang ang mga pangalan doon si
Eldon Cruz at asawang si Ballsy
Aquino. Noon pang panahon ni Cory
namamayagpag na ang mga style

damaging yung message ni PNoy
kay Binay, nahihilot ang impact pag
pinasukan nila Coloma.
Actually yung trial balloon ni PNoy
na second term, ang apektado noon
ay si Binay. Diskarel yung ligaw nya
sa merger ng UNA at LP, kaya yun
meron na namang bagong
nililigawan kuno si Binay, si Manny
Pangilinan. Ayaw ata ni Manny sa
pandak dahil gusto ni Manny yung
maputi at matangkad at daku. Ayaw
ata ni Manny na maging Papa si
Binay dahil hindi kailangan ni Manny
si Binay. Kahit sinong nakaupo tuloy
lang ang mga negosyo ni Manny
same with all the Taipans. Walang
incentive si Manny panay lang kay
Binay.
Kung ngayon pa lang sinabi na ni
PNoy na hindi si Binay ang
kandidato nya, mabilis pa sa alas-
kwatro bagsak ang rating ni Binay.

1. Kasi ang messaging ng
Malacanyang eh isa lang . Yung
Samar Group eh mabubusalan.
Yung Comelec ay lalaruin na ang
PCOS para sa anointed ni PNoy.
2. Yung established media na
sisipsip sa anointed ni PNoy ay
madaling mabayaran at pag sinabi
ng may-ari kung sino ang
suportahan ay gagalaw para sa
anointed.
3. Tribune at Manila Standard
syempre opposisyon pero sino ang
kukumbinsihin nila yung dati nang
sa kanila?, so halos walang impact
sa anointed ni PNoy.
4. Ang influence ng PDI at Star sa
peryodiko at ABS-CBN at GMA at
affiliates sa Radyo ang mas
malakas at importante sa paghubog
at impluensya sa masa.
5. Yung FB, Twitter, at mga
blogsites bale ang target non ay
mga estudyante, OFWs at pamilya
nila, mga empleyado na nakapag-
aral, mga A B C brackets or middle
class pataas.

1. Taong Bayan- kumbinsido na
hindi si Binay ang anointed ni PNoy!
2. Mabigyan ng breather ang LP to
consolidate laban sa SC.
3. Mabigyan ng bagong packaging
si Mar para maihambing na tama
against Binay.
4. Mawindang ang UNA at tumakbo
si Erap for President para i-rescue si
Jinggoy kasi nilaglag na ni Binay.
Hati ang boto sa mga bobotantes
angat si Mar.
5. Tingnan ang pulso ng masa kung
ayon sa second term kahit mahirap
i-fast break dahil wala ng oras.
6. Pero pag nagkagulo pa at ang SC
ay nagluko, UNA panay tira, mga
Leftists eh sige banat, at pag
napraning si PNoy, eh Martial Law
na or Coup Me kasi nasa likod nya
nag Military at may suporta naman
ang majority ng tao sa kanya. Patay

Abad pero yung tatlong tao na iyon ay humarap
sa Senado under oath upang ipagtanggol ang
sarili nila sa mga isyu tulad ng DAP, at PNP

Binay claimed that he earned about
PHP45M or PHP3M a year from his piggery farm in
1994 to 2010 to justify the net worth of PHP58M
declared in his 2010 SALN. Year 2010 was the year
he purportedly sold the JCB Farms to Agri-Fortuna,
but he did not say how much. Of course he can sell
it for a song, but the government has an interest on
the transaction for taxation purposes. Moreover, the
law requires Binay to declare in his 2010 SALN the
correct amount he got from the sale whether in
cash, receivables or investments.
Assuming that the sale was executed under a
normal course of transaction, Binay must have
received the fair market value of his piggery
property particularly the farm buildings and pigs.
What is the worth of these structures and livestock?
The swine industry assigns 1.5 square meters of
floor space per pig in big commercial piggery and
puts about 1,000 to 2,000 heads each building. In
UK the construction cost for such structure amounts
to 160 pounds sterling per square meter of floor
area. In the Philippines the construction cost of an
industrial building costs about PHP10,000 per
square meter.
For its 10,000 pigs JCB Farms needed 15,000
square meters of floor space spread over its 12 big
buildings. At PHP10,000 per square meter, the farm
buildings alone would cost PHP150M. And the
10,000 pigs would cost about PHP80M @PHP100
per kilo live weight of 80-kilo pigs.
The total worth of the piggery would be PHP230M,
which amount is near the figure of PHP250M told by
Vice Mayor Mercado to the senate. But not even
10% of such amount was declared by Binay in his
2010 SALN submitted on April 29, 2011. Thus, a
falsified SALN of Binay.
BTW Corona was impeached and convicted for
failure to declare his cash property in his SALN.
More than any big ticket projects of the Aquino
government, the removal and prosecution of VP
Binay must take precedence. Binay wont stop now
until he gets the presidency before or after the 2016
elections for self and family preservation.

friends involved in scandals so i take this as the
vps going on head collision with the pres. And my
gut feeling tells me that vp binay will lose this fight

on his second attempt to divert the issue, Lawyer
bautista tried to exposed that trillanes owned eight
luxury vehicles which were not listed in his saln: a
pajero, terrano, 5 delica van and a motorcycle.
Now I dont know whether its ownership are true or
not but if people are familiar with cars, delica van
are not luxury vehicles in fact all delica vans ever
existed here are second hand imported thru subic
which then are converted from right side steering
wheel to left side. theyre cheap never costing more
than 300k. This JV did not even know what a delica
van are to say that theyre luxurious hahaha Binay
is definitely going down and thank god because 27
years of plunder in Makati is so much that if he wins
he is going to pillage the entire Philippines next!

prove otherwise and defend himself properly. If

It is apparent that VP Binays camp is trying
to revive an old issue, which has been
already dismissed by the Office of the
Ombudsman and the Makati Court. This
matter was raised at the height of GMA
administration, when the CIDG filed cases
against us, including this issue, due to
Magdalos corruption exposs against the
said administration. The cases regarding the
alleged vehicles were dismissed because the
documents the CIDG submitted in support of
its allegation were found to be spurious.
Here, Sen Trillanes set an example for VP
Binay on how to respond to issues instead of
evading them. The senator stated for the
record in this statement the true facts
regarding these recycled allegations. For

Lawyer Bautista obviously hasnt learned that
spreading the blame will get him nowhere.
The peanut butter defense didnt help Corona.
Binay still has to explain his wealthand even if
Trillanes is guilty of a wrongdoingBinay wont
be exonerated if likewise proven wrong.
Spreading the blame will never absolve anyone
of the mistake/s he/she committed.

dirty trick.
The Oplan rumor that Bautista is spreading
may be the one considered a dirty trick to

The presumption of law is that the landowner at
least knows about the possession and
occupation of his property by JCB due to the
absence of any objection from them for a long
time. Meaning they are in cahoots with one
another. And the government should move to
recover the CARP land and distribute same to
qualified ARBs as required by law. The
alternative is to use the ARBs as witnesses
against Binay and Sunchamp.
BTW Binay can sell the buildings to any
purchaser in bad faith or execute a simulated
sale to a dummy that is Agri-Fortuna which can
assign its rights to the property in bad faith to
another dummy that is Sunchamp.

You are absolutely right in your conclusion.
Only plausible reason Binay did not inform
the registered owners of the land on his
dealings with Sunchamo, whether real or
fictitious, is Binay is the real owner and the
others were dummies to obtain CARP land
because Binay was not qualified to buy
CARP land. Trillanes will use this strategy to
pin TIU as the dummy of Binay. whatever Tiu
will present as evidence will be proven
fraudulent by Trillanes thru forged signatures
of registered landowners.
Tiu is in deep trouble that is why his only
early response is that he is a legitimate
businessman and will show proof on the
ownership of Hacienda. An honest bidder
would have shown the legal paper
transaction between Sunchamp and Binay
from the moment he was accused.
Being out of the country is not an excuse for
inability to give a quick response to
accusation besmirching ones untainted
character because in a corporation there is a
legal counsel having access to legal papers,
like the transactions. Unless he was
searching for different ways to get out of this
predicament.
Binays camp and Tiu himself had one
response, that he is a gentleman with
impeccable credentials and character. So
what! Its not proof that Tiu is not a dummy of
Binay.
His involvement in shady deal would not be
the first time that a businessman with
integrity and credibility will be accused with
illicit business transaction. Do Milkin, Madoff,
Delfin Lee ring a bell ?

announced it had acquired the rights to
develop 145 acres of the estate from
Agrifortuna. Its obvious since according to
the Rosario assessor few or no titles on the
underlying land had changed and there were
multiple land owners still registered on the
location of the Binay farm. With residential or
commercial coops, this arrangement is
common where the ownership and the rights
to the land and the structures built on it are
legally separable. Its not clear if buying the
improvements or development rights from
Agrifortuna is in itself illegal without more info
on what Sunchamp knew when the
acquisition was consummated. It is important
to keep in mind whether Sunchamp acted as
a dummy or improperly in this transaction,
the fundamental question is whether it can be
shown that Binay amassed and concealed

Agri-Industrial Park. This is the most interesting
paragraph in the news flash as the rest of article
raises the question as to whether can afford to buy
the Binay estate. To analyze this it cites two facts:
1) Tius father saddled his family with ten million
pesos in debt when he died while Tiu was in
college, and 2) Tiu is now worth 3 billion pesos.
Gee isnt that a toughie like when was the War of
1812?? Whatever evidence Trillanes pulls out at the
senate comittee session when Tiu appears may be
the basis for him saying in a separate interview that
inspite of Tius denials, the senator can prove he
was acting as a dummy for Binay.

confirm that Jojo Binay will not be president of this
country. He has truly offended the sensibilities and
moral sense of this country by his astounding
corruption. I know for a fact that he also owns the
Midland Plaza in Guadalupe, Makati, because a
close friend of mine is an officer of the company
(Midland Pacific Development Inc.) who prepared
the transfer documents to a dummy of his c/o his
daughter Abigail. If any party wants to investigate
this, I can provide the paper trail. Also there is value
in investigating the hot rumor that for every
condominium bldg being constructed in Makati, the
Binays acquire 1 or 2 units or even a whole floor.
Where there is smoke, there is fire. So demolishing
the Binays will not be a difficult thing to do.
