Terms and conditions:
1. Schedule of Payment -
At the time of confirmation: 25% of the total billing.
(Cheque to be addressed in favour of Mayfair Rooms)
7 days prior to function: 100% Minimum guarantee amount.
Balance is payable immediately at the end of the function by cash or credit
card.
Taxes & charges as applicable on all modes of payments.

2. The advance Payment is non-refundable.

3. Per person rate includes 40% charges towards Hall Rental and 60% charges
towards Food.
4. Closing time for dinner functions is 1.oo AM. Additional one hour at discretion of
the Manager on duty (charges applicable)
5. All details and menu for Banquet functions must be finalized at least 7 working
days prior to the function. In case of any changes in the menu, it should be
communicated atleast 3 working days prior to the function.
6. The charges are applicable as per the plate count or minimum guarantee
whichever is higher (No Refund incase of under-guarantee).
7. Food shall be prepared only for 10% over the number of guests guaranteed.

8. Dcor and DJ will be provided by Mayfair at additional cost. (Incase of your
own Dcor & DJ / Orchestra, Royalty charges and Security deposit
applicable.)
9. Electricity Charges will be applicable incase of live performance.
(South & North-Rs.10000+tax & Odyssey & Lounge-Rs.7500+tax)
10. Baraat procession is allowed from Dr S.K.Ahire Marg.

11. Valet service provided for guest driven cars only and parking subject to
availability.

*Minimum Revenue per session
For 2 halls (South North) Rs.8.00 lakhs+21.89% Tax & charges
For 3 halls (South North- Odyssey) Rs.11 lakhs+21.89% Tax & charges
For 4 halls Rs.12 lakhs+21.89% Tax & charges

*Following charges are not part of the minimum revenue
1) Decoration / DJ / Audio Visual charges
2) Liquor License and hard liquor purchased on bottle rate

If the venue is reserved for less number of people, the dinner menu package can
be upgraded till the minimum revenue is covered.
Balance if any would be charged as rentals.
In case the bill exceeds the minimum revenue the same will be billed on actual.
