a.- Two methods of data collection are:
- Conducting interviews with customers.
- Searching for existing or previous documentation.
b.- It may be useful to produce more than one prototype of the computer system, because in this
way there are more options to be shown to the customer. Normally, every single system has to fill
all specifications required as functionality, compatibility and response. Still, there is always a
concern when it comes to the customer`s acceptance, which means that this product may actually
be denied by the customer after observing an unconvincing prototype. Therefore, having at least
three prototypes can increases the chances of actually getting an acceptance and encounter a
successful solution.

C.- A Data Centre is the place where most servers and storage is controlled. In other words, no
mistake can be taken at the moment of deciding its main location or at least both advantages and
disadvantages must be analyzed previous the main choice. Therefore, within two examples these
both locations insurance will be examined.

First, in the case of locating the Data Centre in a major city, there is a great chance of obtaining
good connection between the Centre and other companies infrastructure, thanks to the usual IT
concern in major cities. Still, there is a major issue accessibility, which normally refers to the usual
traffic that happens in most cities. For example: a personal checking of the Data Centre will
actually take more time to perform, simply because of the lateness in the arrival. Besides, the
data`s privacy and security can also be in danger of hacking or unauthorized entrance to the
system.
Second , considering the alternative of locating the Data Centre in a territory where coal mining
has been performed is directly linked with security. Evidently, setting the Data Centre where all
servers and storage will be connected means that there is a huge probability of complete loss of
data. This loss will not be performed necessarily for technical issues, but environmental and
chemicals, because it must be taken in consideration that coal mines components can easily
spread in soil and any sort of stimuli may provoke an explosion. As an a clear illustration, there is
an explosion in the Data Centre a because it contained most of storage devices, all data is lost.
In conclusion, even though accessibility and lack of insurance in privacy or security can exist
within a major city environment, there are higher expectations for the Data Centre`s security in an
infrastructure which is not linked to a probable explosive outcome.
