The inlingua Method is one of the inlingua key
elements that contribute to learning success. It is
based on decades of experience in language
training and is continually being developed to
match the needs of a changing world. The
emphasis is on direct communication through
speaking.
The spoken language is emphasized. Language
learners concentrate on their oral competence
before turning their attention to reading and
additional listening or writing skills.
Whether you need a language for business
negotiations or meetings, to pass a language
certificate or just for socializing and shopping,
inlingua has a course for you.
inlingua language trainers ensure that learners
experience the presentation, practice and
production stages in sequence. Within each stage
a wide range of different training techniques and
activities are used to keep training sessions
interesting and motivating. The overall amount of
time spent on each of the three stages may vary
slightly according to the topic, vocabulary or
structure.

inlingua learners can use iPads or other tablets
and smartphones to access a wealth of activities
on our blended learning platform. inlingua trainers
are equipped with all the necessary resources
during the class to keep the lesson interesting
and varied.
Print
inlingua Course Books are designed as
support material for inlingua language
training sessions. They contain texts
developed to suit the level, language
structure, vocabulary and topic of the
training session. There are follow-up
exercises, listening exercises and language
summaries for each unit as well as
communication activities, and summaries for
grammar, vocabulary and language skills.
Audio
Each Course Book contains an audio CD
that can be used in the training session or
for private practice. There are
supplementary listening CDs for the APP
program Course Books 1-3.
Trainer Resource Pack TRP
The TRP gives the training session a clear
outline. It provides detailed guidelines for
the presentation and practice of vocabulary
and structures. The TRP follows the
sequence of the Course Book. A special
feature of the TRP is the additional resource
material for each unit.

This program is for adults who need language skills for everyday communication. It
starts at the first level for learners who have no previous knowledge of the target
language, and leads up to the level of proficiency (C1) of the Common European
Framework of Reference (CEF).

The Modules are a range of programs dedicated to specific
topics and needs. Learners from level 2A upwards can
select from over 12 specialized Modules according to their
interests. The courses equip learners to deal with real-world
business situations by introducing genuine and versatile
language practiced in authentic contexts. The modules are,
with the exception of the Business Correspondence Module,
complemented by an Audio CD containing engaging listening
material which provides opportunities for specific language
practice. Most of the Modules are supported by online material
from iOL allowing self-study and reinforcement outside of
the classroom to provide a blended learning approach.
The inlingua Brush Up is for learners who
have a reasonable knowledge of English,
but who need to review selected basic
structures. The program is specially
designed to meet the needs of learners
who learned the language some time ago,
but have since had little or no practice.
The course provides a concise review of
essential language material from levels
1A, 1B and 2A of inlinguas General
and Professional programs, preparing

i-Levels i-Levels
inlinguas English Teen Course Book has 30 units and
covers level B1. The Teen program is aimed at 10 year
olds. A grammar summary is provided every three units
along with progress check exercises. The Teen Course
Book also offers a TRP and an Audio CD, recorded with
English speaking teenagers from different countries, in
order to provide a variety of accents.
E n g l i s h T e e n
inlinguas Junior program is ideally suited for children
from the age of 7 and older. The Junior Books 1 4 each
contain 15 units and cover level A1 and A2. At the end of
each Course Book there is a language summary of gram-
matical forms, a list of irregular verbs and the vocabulary
for each unit. For each book there is a TRP and an Audio
or Multimedia CD.
Children learn by doing. In class, the children have
an active role in the discovery of the
language. Using age appropriate activities, the
children act, sing, say rhymes and interact
with the material as well as with each other. With
DOTS First English the children are exposed to
real life situations in a comfortable and stimulating
environment. DOTS First English promotes
a faster and more effective learning process than
other methods and makes learning the English
language just plain FUN!
