Objective of the application:
Seeking a job where I can explore and serve the field of business administration through
utilizing and enhancing my interpersonal and management skills. To be a part of an
organization that focuses on customer satisfaction and customer retention, and to
utilize my interpersonal skills to achieve these goals.
Key Achievements:
I have worked in Project Starlite and successfully conducted 48 interviews out of
120 required from Bangladesh. Project Starlite was a year-long study on
Leadership Development provided by Iclif Leadership and Governance
Centre which was conducted in 18 Asian countries.
I have worked as note-taker and assistant moderator of several Focus Group
Discussions conducted on Research and Development of television commercials
by a renowned mobile operator company In Bangladesh.

management of a group of 105 people which includes keeping track of the
regular announcements by department office, uploading the official documents
provided by the teachers, acting as a liaison between the students and the academic

during the reunion of Batch-2008, Ideal School and College.
