P i r a n Like Comment Weve established some great links with local prestigious restaurants including Hermitage Road Bar and Restaurant in Hitchin and The Fox in Willian. Harry Kodagoda, Director of Food for Anglian Country Inns who run both restaurants, is very supportive of the college having been a student himself at Letchworth Technical College (a former NHC centre). We have been able to place numerous students on work experience within the kitchens of these two establishments. One particular success story is Ryan Panteny, a former level 3 student, who after undertaking work experience at Hermitage Road was offered a full-time position and has since been promoted to Chef de Partie. #NHCSuccessStories 15 How to apply Once youve decided which course is right for you, there are a number of ways to apply: ^ Pick up an application form from reception at any of our centres ^ Call us on 01462 424242 to apply by telephone ^ Visit our website www.nhc.ac.uk, find your course and apply online Travel to college for 2 Weve teamed up with the Uno bus to provide students with unlimited daily travel for just 2!
