REACTION:

Since this case involves big amount, the best thing to do is they need to
give attention and focus on this case so that within this year this case will be
solve. They need to gather enough evidences that would suffice on the case
that they file against Pacquiao. And if it is being prove that Pacquiao really
violated the law so he must follow the consequences that he might face no
need for him to deny at all so that this case will be close.

In relation to the government, the effect of this case is that if they will not
give actions on this right away time will come that they might get hard to solve
this case for we now that everyday the !I" faces many different issues. So
there#s a possibility that they would disregard this case until such time time will
come that it will be scrap since no one wor on it.

(&) made the right decision to approve filling a ta* evasion case against
)eane %atherine 'apoles because base on what they have gathered
information and through the documents )eane %atherine 'apoles didn#t
declare all her income and properties acquired during the ta*able year +,--
and +,-+. So base on what she did, it is very clear that she violated the law.
And since it#s about + years pass by it is the right thing to do in order for
)eane to reali.e what she did is against the law and with that she should face
the consequences. So all I can say is that, if all her income and properties
came from her own hard wor, sacrifice and in a legal way why should she#ll
deny it/ She must be honest on declaring all of it, no need for her to eep
mum.
The effect of this case to the government is that many would still dare to
use or apply this ind of style which is not declaring all their income for they
now that it taes time before the government would now what they have
done so they still have time to thin how they will pass this ind of case and if
lucily the government would not notice it. So it is better that the government
should be updated in monitoring the income ta* return of every individuals for
this would happen again.

A %ivil sanitary engineer (iosdado Sison should really force to pay his ta*
liability as much as possible within one year because base on the news he
has an under0declaration of his income by +,112.334 for the year +,-, that
has big difference. It state that he has the income of more than Php++ million
but he only declare Php111, 1-5 so it very clear that brea the terms and
condition of the law.
The effect of this issue to the government is that maybe time will come that
only few people will be honest in declaring their e*act income since they
notice that the government is not that quic enough in giving an actions in
every case that they are facing specially in ta* case. )ust to thin of that this
under0declaration happen +,-, and only this year that the government found
it out

6ell, it#s upon to Associate )ustice %asta7eda if he will continue or not in handling and
fighting the case 8ust to win it. !ecause we now that it is his credit also if he will win the
case. In regard with this case, I guess Associate )ustice %asta7eda find out that they will
really loss this case for he now that there are a concrete evidence that %orona didn#t
declare all his assets but %orona still insist to fight and wanted to win this case even if he
now that he will be failed on it. So, maybe Associate )ustice %asta7eda don#t now how
to solve and fi* all those cases of %orona so for him the best solution is he will voluntarily
inhibiting himself from the consolidated cases and maybe he now that even if they will
fight for this cases still they will failed due to the gathered concrete evidence.
The effect of this case to the government is again, the trust of the people to them will
decrease because this issue happened +,,5 and +,,9 and only this year that they found
out so it taes long time before they give actions.

In this case, the !I" should chec correctly and evaluate properly all the informations
that they have gathered before they will declare a case with a specific amount on a
certain person. They must be sure with all their decision made before publishing it to the
public. &f course, to have a right 8ustice and to solve this ind of problem they need to
undergo an investigation in a legal process and they must provide enough evidence that
would suffice in the case that they filed against the actor.
This case could effect in the government by decreasing the trust of the ta*payer to
the government because they 8ust easily file and accused the person without any
concrete evidence and if this will happen again maybe there#s a possibility that the
person that they are accusing will file a case bac against to them.
