Career Advice:

- Don't believe on Quantity, Go on Quality: If you will Received the Interview C

all, then don't go on Building, Structure and Quantity of Staff. You should join
on their objectives and Services.
- Make your Positive Attitude: Your Attitude should be positive and serious for
searching any job. If company will call you for interview, then don't ask too ma
ny questions, e.g. What type of job, Location, or request for Change the time, I
s that possible if you can took my interview on Skype or Phone?
- Join on Low Salaries: You should join on minimum Salaries, as your expense can
meet. After getting suitable experience you can apply on other place. Now these
days main problem is experience. So why you don't get experience with low salar
y and move on. Employer mostly preffered and wants to offer low salaries If you
want to join on 25,000/- then there is a lot of unemployed people who are intere
sted on 15k salary. Even I know many graduates from LUMS or LSE; those are inter
ested on 18,000/- Salary, because they knew very well about their career path an
d market situation. If you will wait for 25,000/-, means you are wasting your ti
me till employement.
- Do Small tasks projects or volunteer work: If you are not getting job, then fi
nd some volunteer work with some stipend or free. If you will join some internsh
ip then Company can offer you job after your performance. Otherwise you can join
some Events or volunteer work and you can mention in your CV. Most of the emplo
yers are looking candidates with extracurricular activities. Don't waste your ti
me at home, Do something.
- CV: Your CV is a print of your life. So you should mention all information cor
rect, clear and authenticated. One page CV is fine for Fresh three years experie
nce... Start your CV from Name, Contact Details, your Career Objective, Educatio
n, Experience or Internship, Projects, Volunteer Work / Extracurricular activiti
es, Skills.
- Apply on your Passionate job: Only apply on those jobs, where you are eligible
and you are interested. If your degree is MBA - HR and you are applying for Sup
ply chain then without reference nobody will call you for interview. Because the
re is a lot HR graduates are available in market. Do you have any idea, Why you
are not getting interview calls? if we advertised one position for engineer, the
n we are getting 2000 CVs of HR, Business, Social Science, Chemistry, and Agricul
ture. Then employers don't want to waste time for shortlist irrelevant CVs and th
ey will hire first logical CV from reference or through first shortlist CV. Thro
ugh this you are making problems for eligible people as well. First read complet
e advertisement then apply. If you are fresh and they are asking 3 years experie
nce then no need to apply. Be passionate about your career line, only apply on w
hich you are focused, and relevant with your field. Even you are applying on 3 p
ositions in one month but apply only on relevant jobs.
- Don't Forget where you applied: You should be serious for applying any job. Its
really ashamed for you, if company will call you for interview, and you are ask
ing, which position, "oh when I applied for this position". It shows you are app
lying too many positions and this is not seriousness. The best thing is when you
applied then write it down in notepad. If company will call you for interview,
then you can open the note pad, and check the name of Company and you can get au
tomatically further details.
- Apply on Real Jobs: Only apply on Official email ids with Cover letter, CV and
Subject. When company will call you for interview then visit their office only
in working days.
Personal Experience: I am searching Zonal manager and Branch Managers for one fa
mous Fashion and Textile company in Lahore. I visited personally on many famous
brands outlet for searching candidates. It is really shocking for me, Branch Man
agers are getting 22,000/- Salary with 5 Years Experience and Master Degree.
Employers wants to hire Passionate people, those who are interested to work for
Organizations growth with Positive attitude and good temperament, those who beli
eve on Quality not quantity, and most serious about their career.
Don't wait for striking till the iron is Hot; make it hot by striking.
