About the Programme:
In today's era of almost all processes of an organisation computerised, most of the software, be it SAP, ERP or
any other technical software, reports are generated in Excel. These reports in Excel need to be processed /
rearranged to retrieve important information, as required. Controllers and Auditors also use Excel for analysis
and reporting purpose.

Hence, apart from the knowledge of various software used in an organisation, it is very essential to know
Microsoft Excel, to get the desired results in a faster and more efficient way. All would agree that more human
intervention would cause more errors! When tremendous features of Excel solve this major problem quickly,
why not to learn Excel itself instead of using it with half knowledge and making silly errors and wasting our
prestigious time in correcting the same later!!

With this in mind, a practical training program is organized on MS Excel, starting with the basics of MS Excel.
Hands on practice during the session would enable the participants to learn various formulas and
functionalities right from mathematical, text, date and time, lookup and references, sort and filter, creating
pivot table etc. These functions can be used by variety of departments of an organization

CA Kejal V. Pandya
CA Kejal Pandya, FCA, DISA, DIRM is the partner of Kejal Pandya & Associates, Chartered Accountants. She
has experience of more than 12 years in the areas of Income Tax, Service Tax, TDS, Statutory Audit, Tax
Audit, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Revenue Audit, Stock Audit and Information System Audit for
various organizations. She is a consultant for Software Development for US and Indian Accounting,
Taxation, Sales tax, Payroll, Inventory, billing, software for education industry, etc.
