The innovative design allows zoned areas of the table surface to be
opened or closed to vacuum hold down as needed. Zone gasketing
ensures the virtual elimination of any zone to zone vacuum bleed.
The multipurpose deck system is also fully functional as a T-slot
clamping and xturing bed for non-vacuum hold down situations.
Pneumatic/Electric Drills
Automatic feed drills are xture mounted tools that combine linear
feed and rotation for drilling and tapping operations. Available with
pneumatic feed / pneumatic rotation or pneumatic feed / electric
rotation. The pneumatic / electric combination is best for heavier
duty or continuous use applications. Automatic feed drills can be
added to any carriage conguration.
Brush Feet
AXYZ Brush Feet provide an effective solution for the removal of
dust and chips. With over-height industrial brushes, our brush feet
are well suited to a wide range of material and job cutting types.
Brush feet are available in xed and adjustable models allowing
for the foot to be xed relative to the spindle or adjustable relative
the material.
Pop up Location Pins
Pop up location pins are another innovative feature available on all
AXYZ Series router tables. The hardened steel pins are pneumati-
cally activated to allow fast, repeatable placement of your cutting
materials onto the machine. Pop up pins are the most reliable meth-
od of ensuring your materials are on straight, and with the pneumatic
retraction, there is no fear of any cutting tool collision with the pin.
Vacuum Pumps and Blowers
A variety of vacumm pumps and blowers are available to suit
specic customer application requirements. Pumps styles include
composite dry vane high pressure pumps to roots style blowers and
traditional side channel blowers. Our professional technical sales
staff will recommend the best style and size for your application.
Quick Release Spindles
Quick Release Spindles are incredibly quiet and robust. With a
simple yet powerful pneumatic quick release feature these spindles
can be operated manually or in conjuction with our ATC automatic
tool changer carousel for automatic changing of tool bits. We feature
HSD spindles in 5 and 11 HP models.
ATC Tool Changer Carousel
The AXYZ ATC Automatic Tool Changer provides an easy and
convenient method of running jobs requiring multiple tooling and
can achieve an average tool change time of about 6 seconds. The
ATC system is available with a 7 or 21 station carousel and it is
capable of loading tools on multiple spindle machines from a single
tool changer.

Automatic tool length calibration eliminates the need to manually
congure the machine when determining material surface or relative
tooltip heights. This is extremely useful for multi tools machines and
provides an easy to use and highly accurate method of setting tool
bit heights and cutting depths at the press of a button.
