Therefore, it is the responsiility of an ideal teacher to guide the pupil like their own child. Such a teacher shows students the right path under all circumstances and never shies away from their duties. #n fact, they are always there y the student$s side, at the time of need. &2 A M3$i5,$3/ An ideal teacher never lets the limitations of their students restrict their vision. A teacher should encourage and inspire their pupils to think eyond their confines and help them reali!e their talents as well as the need to pursue them with diligence. (hen talking aout eing an ideal teacher, there is a myriad of perspectives of what an ideal teacher is. Although my teaching e&perience less than )* years, # have my own view on the criteria of an ideal teacher. +irstly, for me, an ideal teacher is one who can e a motivator to their pupils. (ith the awareness that the pupils come from different ackgrounds, have different personalities and so on, an ideal teacher should know how to give an apt motivation to each pupil. They needs to know that different pupil re"uire different kinds of motivations as they would definitely face different kind of prolems. So, eing a good motivator is essential to e an ideal teacher. Then, # also think that an ideal teacher should e an idol for their pupils. Some say that teachers are children,s role model. Thus, ased on this, an ideal teacher should know how to act, dress, speak, walk or even talk correctly in front of their pupils, for all these aspects are actually eing oserved y them. # always hold on one principle- .once a teacher, always a teacher./ Therefore, in everything we do, an ideal teacher should do it like how a teacher is supposed to do. After that, an ideal teacher also needs to know how to e less egoistic. #t is common for humans to think that they are right even if the others have told them their wrongs. Nevertheless, to e an ideal teacher, one should know to admit their mistakes in front of the pupils. +or instance, if the teacher is teaching a wrong thing and one pupil rises and corrects her, they must accept that with an open mind and heart. This is actually how a teacher can improve theirself, hence leading to e an ideal teacher efore the pupils, eyes. 0astly, one important criterion of an ideal teacher that # elieve all teachers must have is eing loving and caring towards the children. (ith the fact in mind that we are handling children, thus we cannot run away from eing loving and caring towards them. 'hildren need that crucial love and care from their teacher, especially those who do not get these at home. Simply asking them if they are fine or simply treat them a meal once in a while is sufficient to portray our love and care towards the children. This would definitely make them appreciate us more. #n conclusion, there are many ways to e an ideal teacher. There are also many views of how an ideal teacher should e. 1owever, the points aove are e&les of my own perspectives of an ideal teacher. Aove all, we must ear in mind that we work with humans and not machines, thus eing the est for them is indeed vital and essential.
