An Organized Battle: SALiGAN sa CSSP Election Machinery

The SALiGANsa CSSP Election Machinery is composed of five (5) committees. These are the
following:
1. Candidates Management Committee (CMC)
2. Field Committee (Field)
3. Propaganda Committee (Prop)
4. Alliance Committee (Alliance)
5. Finance Committee (Fin)

The Mentor:
Candidates Management Committee (CMC)
Prepares the candidates for the campaign period by providing educational discussions, basic
masses integrations, trainings and workshops.
Helps strengthen candidates' camaraderie and develop candidates' leadership qualities by
facilitating team building activities, talambuhay sharing, regular assessments, and criticism and
self-criticism.
Ensures an effective and efficient room-to-room and org-to-org schedule for each candidate
during campaign period.
CMC is composed of five people.
1. Team Leader - Command. Facilitates the CMC's planning, daily check-up,
troubleshooting and assessment.
2. Secretary - Makes the room-to-room and org-to-org schedule for each candidate.
3. Political Officer - Ensures that the candidates attend and actively participate in
educational discussions, basic masses integrations, trainings and workshops.
4. Stylist Individual and Slate packaging. Dress Code Schedule.
5. House Regent Oversees the implementation of house rules. In charge of matters
related to housekeeping.

The Fighter:
Field Committee (Field)
Makes every moment an opportunity to inform our fellow iskolar ng bayan of the issues
confronting our college, university and country.
Boldly exposes the compromising and divisive character of other political parties while patiently
explains the need to side with SALiGAN sa CSSP and STAND UP for it represents nothing
more than the interest of the students and of the people.
Recruits and orients every positive student to SALiGAN sa CSSP. Ensures the expansion of our
machinery.
Provides educational discussions and workshops for field officers and students in order to equip
them for propaganda work.
Monitors SALiGAN sa CSSP's and STAND UP's scope of influence and vote count.
Fieldis composed of the following:
1. Team Leader Command. Direct Fields Strategy and Tactics. Facilitates Fields
planning, daily check-up, troubleshooting and assessment.
2. (8) Department Representatives Monitors vote count and recruitment in their respective
department. Collect insights, assessment, suggestions and opinions from their
department.
3. Unlimited number of Field Persons - Shapes the college's opinion through verbal
propaganda. Recruits SALiGAN sa CSSP members. Attend educational discussions.
Monitor vote count. Record insights, opinions and suggestions of students.

The Weapon:
Propaganda Committee
Responsible for extensive information dissemination of our Theme, Line, Candidates, Principles,
Stands and Plan of Actions in written, visual and online forms.
Ensures consistency in content and coherence in form of our propaganda materials.

Prop Comm is composed of 5 people:
1. Team Leader - Command. Facilitates the Prop's planning, release of propaganda
materials, troubleshooting and assessment.
2. Secretary Monitors the flow of propaganda materials on site. Collects insights,
suggestions and opinions fromfield officers and students.
3. Writer Writes opening statement, tit-for-tat and closing statement.
4. Visual Artists Layout of statements and GPOA/SPOA, nameplates, name posters,
slate poster, thematic poster, pins,etc.
5. Online Person Monitors Like Pages

The Friend:
Alliance
Meets candidates campaign managers, organizations, fraternities and sororities to discuss and
negotiate financial, moral, material and machinery support.
Alliance is composed of minimum of at least two people.

The Source:
Finance
Collects Candidates Fee.
Conduct solicitation and income generating projects.
Appropriates budget to different committees.
Makes Financial Report

Finance is composed of at least two people.
