WONTECHPHIL INTL. CORP is a manpower and recruitment agency located
in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. It was incorporated in December 14,
2010. It was formed and organized by people who are industry leaders to work and
build a lasting relationship with its clients especially in semiconductor companies and
also other Industrial companies, that gives Wontech a chance to extend another
growth advantage to carry on the business of subcontracting job, contracting all
types of work services including promotion of goods and the supply of manpower
services locally.

The company aims to be the leading manpower services provider not only in
Clark area but all other places locally. It recruits individuals who are competent,
proficient and with strong commitment to the job before sending to the client. The
companys HR department studies the individuals background through interviews
and evaluations of resumes then choose the qualified one.

The company wants to establish high visibility through print advertisements
which will create service awareness to its target market, telemarketing which will
allow the company to be introduce, familiarization and create an appointment with
the target client, field marketing which will involve face-to-face communication to the
possible client. This will build a strong image and encouraging the potential clients to
avail the companys services.

The business is an excellence-oriented company dedicated to bring a high
quality of service to the client which will attain the highest level of performance that
will meet client satisfaction in mind. With this performance, the companys image will
become a word of mouth to the public build connections and achieve its objective to
be the countrys best manpower service provider and in the future it aims to be
known internationally.

The company has decided to focus its business operation within the
area of Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga. Its huge potential
target clients are manufacturing companies which specialize in production of
electronics, semiconductor, garments and other related industrial companies.
These companies have a mass hiring of production workers wherein the
intention of Wontech meets the needs of the clients which is to help them
increase flexibility and productivity in their business.

The company comes up to think that Clark Freeport Zone is a best
place to be the target location, because it is a place where investors usually
put up their business. It will have a lot of opportunity to attract these investors.
As the company continuously growing and more success in the future, it aims
to target other location in the Philippines and soon will reach international.

In the current economic situation, where the rate of unemployment is in
all-time high, the market for manpower agency is potentially enormous and full
of prospects. In other hand, companies are downsizing and closing down so
the number of job offers is scarce and reduced. The combination of these two
factors can lead to the unbalance of clients and impose a difficult situation to
the company.

The niche that the agency will focus is a college level at least two years
or even graduates who are competent and proficient individual. These young

When setting an appointment: keep suggesting times, get clear
commitment from the client, tell the client to expect a
confirmation of the meeting
While having the client on the phone ask a QUALIFYING
QUESTION in which the marketer would have a better
understanding of their business. This will further qualify the
opportunity.

D. Print and Outdoor Advertising

Print and outdoor advertisements relay information to prospects
through physical means. Print advertisements are ads placed in
publications, such as newspapers, brochures, newsletters and
magazines. Outdoor advertising includes billboards, flyers, signs and
posters. Direct mail is another physical advertising tool that involves
mailing printed materials such as leaflets and catalogs directly to
prospects. Print and outdoor advertising can direct consumers to other
advertising channels, including company websites and social media
