PRELIMINARIES
<> Inform Dorood 3 central control room about the operation. *
<> Inform Rig company man about the operation.
<> Ensure weather condition meets Total/ NIOC regulation. *
<> Ensure all personnel have H2S detector & Escape mask. *
<> Ensure personnel mobilised & Communication ok. *
<> Ensure dran pit is avalable with burner and LPG cylinders. *
<> Ensure fresh hydraulic oil is available. *
Wellhead valves leak test
Preparation
[] Isolate PSLL 1_3PNE1. *
[] Isolate PSHH 1_2PNE1. *
Leak test - WING Valve
[] Close choke gradually until fully closed. *
[] Close manual wing valve. *
[] Wait until wellhead pressure PG 1-0PNE1 is stablized.
[] Close wing valve fully. *
[] Close 10" ball valve to Production manifold. *
() Ensure 8" ball valve to Test manifold is already closed. *
<> Open choke gradually until full open. *
[] Monitor pressure in PG 1_1PNE1. If the stablized pressure is 50% of static pressure *
(PG 1_0PNE1), note down pressure every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
[] If pressure is more than 50% of static pressure (PG 1_0PNE1) then depressurize to *
production manifold by opening 10" ball valve.
[] If pressure in PG 1_1PNE1 increases, stop operation, grease vlave and then repeat *
operation.
[] Record all parameters in the attached sheet. *

Continuation from above. *
() Ensure choke is closed fully. *
[] Open Wing valve fully. *
[] Wait till pressure in PG 1_0PNE1 is stablized.
[] Close SSV 1_1PNE1. *
[] Open choke fully.
[] Observe downstream pressue, if 50% of static pressure (PG 1_0PNE1), then procced *
as follows. If pressure is more than 50% of static pressure, bleed off pressure *
to production manifold by opening 10" ball valve.

() Ensure 10" ball valve to production manifold and 8" ball valve to test manifold are closed. *
When down stream pressure PG 1_1PNE1 is stablized, note down pressure every *
10 minutes for 30 minutes. *
[] Recod all parameters in the attached sheet. *

Leak test - SCSSV 1_0PNE1
Continuation from above
[] Close SCSSV 1_0PNE1 *
[] Isolate hydraulic line to SCSSV by closing neddle valve on X-mas tree.
[] Open SCSSV (valve will not open as the hydraulic supply is isolated but it will
permit to open SSV)
Ensure choke fully closed.
[] Ensure PSHH 1_2PNE1 is isolated. *
[] Ensure choke is fully closred.
[] Open SSV. *
[] Open 10" ball valve to production manifold.
[] When the upstream pressure (PG 1_0PNE1) is stablized, crack open choke and *
depressuize downstream of SCSSV by 50% of static pressure. *
[] Close 10" ball valve to production manifold. *
[]
Open choke fully.

[] When the pressure pressure in PG 1_0PNE1 is stablized, note down pressure *
every 10 minutes for 30 minutes. *
[] Record all parameters in the attached sheet. *

This completes the valve leak test. *

Post Test:
[] Close choke fully. *
[] Open SCSSV. *
[] Open SSV. *
() Ensure 10" ball valve to production manifold is open. *
[] Commission PSHH and PSLL. *
() Ensure all instrument and valves except choke are lined up. *

[] Inform Dorood 3 control room that the the operation is completed and well is ready for
re-opening.
[] Inform Rig complany man about completion of operation and well will be re-opened.
[] Re-open well as per procedure and requirement.
After each Leak test step
> If wellhead pressure not stabilized after 30mn or goes up too quickly:
Stop operation. *
Grease valve opening / closing several times *
Re-start operation. *
FINAL STATE
Note: Same procedure applies for all well on all clusters.
If unable to depressurize to production manifold then use prescribed
procedure to drain to drain pit.
