SEASON TICKET CONDITIONS OF ISSUE 2009-2010

The issue of a Season Ticket and subsequent access to the Stadium is subject to the Terms &
Conditions of Entry.
Season Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for a Season Ticket
and/or using the same you hereby arrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.
!f the Conditions are not acceptable to the "older# the Season Ticket should be returned to the
Club immediately. The use of the Season Ticket to gain entry to the Stadium for any match
shall constitute the "older$s acceptance of the Conditions.
1. In these terms and conditions
!Address" means the address of the "older pro%ided to the Club upon application &or
such other address notified by the "older to the Club in accordance ith the
Conditions'(
!C#$%" means )rsenal Stadium *anagement Company +imited&
!Conditions" means &i' the terms and conditions of issue set out in this document &as
may be amended from time to time by the Club and notified to the "older pursuant to
Condition ,,'( &ii' the rules and regulations of -!-)# .E-)# The -ootball )ssociation#
The /remier +eague and The -ootball +eague &as may be amended from time to time
and notified to the "older pursuant to Condition ,0&i''( and &iii' the ground regulations
issued by the Club and hich are on display at the Stadium and hich can also be
obtained on request from the Club &as may be amended from time to time by the Club
and notified to the "older pursuant to Condition ,0&ii''(
'($est' means a relati%e# friend# colleague and/or companion to the disabled ho
ould be entitled to purchase a Season Ticket under the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
!)o#der" means the person to hom the Season Ticket is issued by the Club or the
person to hom it is resold# assigned or transferred in accordance ith Condition 1(
!*e#e+ant C$, -atches" means any home matches in the -) Cup or a .E-)
Competition played by )rsenal football club$s men$s first team at the Stadium during the
Season &including any home replays and any matches in the -) Cup or a .E-)
Competition played by )rsenal football club$s men$s first team hich are sitched from
another team$s ground and played at the Stadium'(
!Season" means the 2003420,0 football season &the season in hich the Season
Ticket is %alid'(
!Season Tic.et" means the electronic entry card entitling the "older to admission to
certain home games played by )rsenal football club at the Stadium as set out in
Condition ,2 and includes any alternati%e card coupon or ticket issued in accordance
ith Condition ,2 and any replacement card coupon or ticket issued in accordance ith
Condition ,5(

&all of hich are a%ailable from the Club on request'.
!Tic.et E2chan3e" means the Club$s only authorised ticket resale facility# hich
pro%ides an online secure ser%ice for the Season Ticket "older &and other holders of
Season Tickets' to eAchange tickets to games played by )rsenal football club ith Sil%er
and @ed le%el members of )rsenal football club(
!UEFA Com,etition" means the .E-) Champions +eague or the .E-) Europa
+eague(
!User" means &i' the "older( or &ii' any person to hom the Season Ticket is lent by the
"older in accordance ith Condition 5.5(
>4e%site" means the ebsite# .arsenal.com.
2. The Season Ticket remains the property of the Club at all times. The Season Ticket
may be cancelled in hole or in part by the Club at any time ithout assigning any
reason. ) proportionate refund ill# in certain circumstances# and sa%e as set out in the
Conditions# be gi%en to the "older in the e%ent of any such cancellation.

5., )ll rights of the "older ith respect to the Season Ticket are personal to the "older and
shall cease upon the death of the "older.
5.2 Season Tickets are issued for the "older$s sole use.
5.5 The "older may offer for sale# sell or resell any part of the Season Ticket or any benefit
of it through the Ticket EAchange.
5.6 The "older may only offer for sale# sell# resell# assign# transfer or lend any part of the
Season Ticket or any benefit of it in accordance ith this Condition 5.
5.7 The "older may assign# transfer or lend the Season Ticket or any benefit of it to a <uest
ith the eApress ritten consent of the Club. Such consent may be ithheld at the
Club$s absolute discretion and may be gi%en by the Club before or after any such
assignment# transfer or lending. "oe%er# no such consent ill be gi%en for an
assignment# transfer or lending of a Season Ticket eAcept here the same takes place
in respect of an indi%idual match and in consideration of no payment or benefit in
eAcess of the face %alue of a ticket to that *atch and does not take place during the
course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party$s business.

5.8 )ny reference in these Conditions to reselling the Season Ticket includes reference to
offering to sell a Season Ticket# eAposing a Season Ticket for sale# making a Season
Ticket a%ailable for sale by another and ad%ertising that a Season Ticket is a%ailable for
purchase.
5.9 )ny assignment# transfer or lending in accordance ith Condition 5 is hereby pro%ided
as subject to the Terms and Conditions of Entry hich ill &sa%e for any rights to offer
for sale# sale# resale# assignment# transfer or lending of the Season Ticket' apply to the
.ser as if he/she as the original purchaser of the Season Ticket and the "older must
inform the .ser of this.
5.7 The Season Ticket may not be offered as a priBe in any promotion or competition nor
transferred# assigned# lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or tra%el
package# or used for any other commercial purpose# sa%e as eApressly authorised by
the /+ or the Club.
5.9 The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section ,88 of
the Criminal Custice and /ublic Drder )ct ,331# as amended by the Eiolent Crime
@eduction )ct 2008. The Club ill inform the police hen it becomes aare that
Season Tickets are being sold illegally and ill press for charges to be brought against
those breaking this la. !n addition# if a "older or .ser is con%icted of a ticketing
offence# or the Club suspects a .ser has committed a ticket touting offence# or e
reasonably suspect a "older or .ser to ha%e committed a ticketing offence# e ill
notify the /remier +eague ho may in turn notify other /remier +eague clubs# and/or
the .F -ootball /olicing .nit. The information that the Club shares ith such bodies
and persons may include personal details about the "older and/or the .ser# information
about the offence and about ticket purchases &including payment details'. The Club ill
also use this and other information to identify and pre%ent ticketing offences and to
pre%ent disorder at matches. !f a "older or .ser has any queries about this# the "older
or .ser may contact the )rsenal BoA Dffice.
6. )ny Season Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Conditions and Terms &
Conditions of Entry shall be automatically %oid and all rights conferred or e%idenced by
such Season Ticket shall be nullified. *isuse of the Season Ticket may result in the
.ser being refused entry to# or ejected from the Stadium in respect of a particular match
and/or the cancellation and ithdraal of the Season Ticket. !n the e%ent of any
cancellation and ithdraal in accordance ith this Condition 1# no refund shall be
payable to the "older in respect of any uneApired portion of the Season Ticket. The
Club further reser%es its right to take any legal action against any persons as it sees fit
in connection ith such matters. including a claim for an account of profits made from
an unauthoriBed use of the Season Ticket.
:. The Season Ticket may be suspended# ithdran and/or cancelled ithout the payment
of any refund to the "older# in the e%ent that;
&i' the "older is charged# cautioned or found guilty of any football related offence
anyhere in the orld# is ejected and/or banned from the Stadium or any other
sports stadium anyhere in the orld or breaches any of the Conditions( or

&ii' prior to or hilst the .ser is using the Season Ticket# the .ser is charged#
cautioned or found guilty of any football related offence anyhere in the orld#
is ejected and/or banned from the Stadium or any other sports stadium
anyhere in the orld or breaches any of the Conditions.
!f any such e%ent as described in this Condition : occurs# the .ser must immediately
surrender the Season Ticket upon request by a Club official or a police officer.
8. Sa%e as required pursuant to Condition 6# here the .ser uses the Season Ticket to
gain admission to the Stadium the .ser must occupy the seat allocated by the Season
Ticket.
6. The Club reser%es the right# in its sole discretion# to allocate to the "older# on a
temporary basis# an alternati%e seat anyhere in the Stadium# including &but ithout
limiting the circumstances hen that discretion may be eAercised';
&i' hen the stand or part of the stand in hich the Season Ticket seat allocated is
located is closed for repairs# maintenance or re4building( or
&ii' to comply ith the requirements of the -)# /remier +eague or .E-) in respect
of any home fiAture played in the /remier +eague or @ele%ant Cup *atch( or
&iii' hen the %isiting club is allocated the entire or any part of the stand at the
Stadium usually occupied by the "older( or
&i%' hen the Club# the police or any other rele%ant authority otherise considers it
desirable in the interests of safety# crod control or other Club requirements to
re4allocate the seat.
)s far as possible# details of any home matches at hich there ill be a re4allocation of
the seat to hich the Season Ticket applies ill be notified on the Gebsite and# here
practicable# in ad%ance in the Club$s home match day programme.
7. The Season Ticket is issued subject to such rules and regulations as may be applicable
to# or made by# the Club from time to time# including;
&i' the rules and regulations of -!-)# .E-)# The -ootball )ssociation# The /remier
+eague and The -ootball +eague. )ny changes to such rules and regulations
ill be notified to the "older either through the respecti%e organisation$s
ebsite# or by being put on display at the Stadium and on the Gebsite( and
&ii' the ground regulations issued by the Club and hich are on display at the
Stadium and on the Gebsite. )ny changes to such ground regulations ill be
notified to the "older by being put on display at the Stadium and on the
Gebsite.
The Season Ticket shall only entitle the .ser to gain admission to the Stadium after it
has been %alidated by the control readers located at the appropriate turnstiles. The

Stadium )ccess Steard&s' ha%e strict instructions to# and ill# refuse admission to any
person in the e%ent that such person$s Season Ticket is not so %alidated by such control
readers.
3. The Club reser%es the right to make changes to any of the terms and conditions of issue
set out in this document. Such changes ill be notified to the "older by being put on
display at the Stadium and on the Gebsite.
,0. The Season Ticket shall admit the "older to the folloing matches played by )rsenal
football club$s men$s first team during the Season at the Stadium;
&i' the nineteen &,3' home matches in the /remier +eague Championship( and
&ii' the first se%en &6' @ele%ant Cup *atches played during the Season.
!f# for any reason# it is decided that any of the Club$s nineteen &,3' home matches in the
/remier +eague$s /remiership Competition during the Season or any of the se%en &6'
@ele%ant Cup *atches referred to abo%e is to be played at another stadium# then one
alternati%e ticket ill be issued to the "older in respect of that match. )ny such tickets
ill be either sent electronically or by post by the Club to the "older at the registered
email or home )ddress# at the risk of the "older.
,,. The Season Ticket must be used if the .ser ishes to gain access to the Stadium for
any @ele%ant Cup *atch# sa%e that it may not be %alid for any .E-) Competition fiAture.
The Club ill notify the "older in ad%ance of any such fiAture as to;
&i' hether the Season Ticket ill be %alid for each home .E-) Competition fiAture
hich constitutes one of the se%en &6' @ele%ant Cup *atches referred to in
Condition ,0&ii'( or
&ii' hether the Club ill send a replacement card or ticket to the "older at the
)ddress# at the risk of the "older# for each home .E-) Competition fiAture
hich constitutes one of the se%en &6' @ele%ant Cup *atches referred to in
Condition ,0&ii'.
,2. =o refunds shall be paid in respect of any matches hich the Season Ticket entitled the
.ser to attend but hich the .ser did not attend# sa%e that if the Club$s first men$s team
plays feer than se%en &6' @ele%ant Cup *atches during the Season# the "older ill be
entitled to an appropriate refund as determined by the Club in its discretion. The form
and timing of such refund shall be determined by the Club and ill be pro%ided to the
"older either;
&i' by ay of deduction from the cost of the season ticket for the 20,0420,, season
purchased by the "older( or
&ii' by ay of refund# paid in such manner as the Club may determine# after ,st

,5. !n the e%ent that )rsenal football club$s first men$s team plays more than se%en &6'
@ele%ant Cup *atches during the Season# the Club ill pro%ide information regarding
the a%ailability of tickets for such additional @ele%ant Cup *atches through the Club$s
boA office on request and on the Gebsite &as ell as information on here entry to the
Stadium for such matches can be obtained by the use of the Season Ticket'.
,1. !f# during the Season# the )rsenal football club qualifies for any of the folloing;
&i' the -) Cup Semi4-inal or -inal(
&ii' the -ootball +eague Cup Semi4-inal &)ay +eg' or -inal( or
&iii' the Semi4-inal &)ay +eg' or -inal of a .E-) Competition#
details on ho the "older may apply for a ticket &or tickets' for such match ill be made
a%ailable by the Club on the Gebsite and# here practicable# in ad%ance in the Club$s
home match day programme. Ghere possible# subject to the Club$s o%erall ticket
allocation for such fiAture# the "older ill be allocated one ticket in respect of the
Season Ticket. "oe%er# the Club cannot guarantee that any such allocation ill be
made.

,:. =o preference can be gi%en to the "older in respect of any matches played at the
Stadium in hich )rsenal football club is not participating.
,8. )ll persons &including children' must ha%e a %alid card or ticket hen entering the
Stadium. The Club ill not allo children &or any other person' to be carried through
the turnstiles ithout a %alid card or ticket for the rele%ant match.
,6. )ny person entering# seeking to enter or ha%ing entered the Stadium ith a
concessionary priced Season Ticket in circumstances here such person is not entitled
to such concession ill be refused entry to# or ejected from# the Stadium and ill ha%e
the Season Ticket ithdran. !n such case# no refund ill be gi%en to the "older in
respect of any games remaining in the Season.
1:. !f the "older has forgotten the Season Ticket# or otherise cannot produce it# in respect
of any match referred to in Condition ,0# a duplicate match day card or ticket may be
obtained by the "older# at the Club$s discretion# upon payment by the "older of a non4
refundable administration fee of H,0.00 at the Club$s match day ticket office. The Club
reser%es the right to ithdra this duplicate ticket facility for any particular match or
matches ithout notice.
,3. The Season Ticket must be a%ailable for inspection and produced by the .ser on
demand by any official# steard or security staff of the Club at all times here the
Season Ticket has been used to gain admission to the Stadium.
20. The Club is not responsible for any Season Ticket hich is lost# stolen# defaced#
damaged or destroyed. !f the Season Ticket is lost# stolen# defaced# damaged or
destroyed# the Club may# subject to the Conditions# and in its discretion# issue a
replacement season ticket to the "older upon payment by the "older of a non4
refundable fee of H,0.00.
2,. The Season Ticket shall not entitle the "older to reser%e the same# or any other# seat at
the Stadium for any subsequent season.
22. The Club does not guarantee that the team for any particular match ill necessarily only
be selected from )rsenal football club$s regular first team players. The team manager
may consider it desirable on occasions to omit regular first team players and select the
team from the full playing squad.
25. =o guarantees can be gi%en by the Club that a *atch ill take place at a particular time
or on a particular date. The Club reser%es the right to reschedule any *atch ithout
notice and ithout any liability hatsoe%er. Iour Season Ticket ill enable you to attend
the re4arranged *atch if it is one of your pre4paid nineteen &,3' /remier +eague games
& or one of your pre4paid se%en &6' @ele%ant Cup *atches. The dates and kick4off times
of all matches are subject to re%ision and change due to TE co%erage or other

The Club ill ha%e no further liability hatsoe%er# including &but not limited to' any
indirect or consequential loss or damage# loss of enjoyment or tra%el costs.
21. The "older should notify any change of )ddress to the Club immediately either;
&i' by using the on4line facility on the Gebsite by logging onto
.arsenal.com/membership( or
&ii' in riting to the )rsenal BoA Dffice. The "older should quote his/her
membership number in any correspondence ith the Club.

27. The .ser must remain in his/her seat hile the game is in progress or hen requested
to do so by a steard# security officer or other Club official. The .ser acknoledges
that persistent standing hile play is in progress is strictly forbidden and may result in
ejection from the Stadium and# in accordance ith Condition :# the suspension#
ithdraal or cancellation of the Season Ticket.
28. !n the e%ent that the Season Ticket is ithdran or cancelled# the Club reser%es the
right also to eAclude the "older from any membership scheme maintained or organised
by the Club and/or to disqualify the "older from applying for any match ticket or season
ticket at its discretion.
26. The Club ill not tolerate racism in any form. The Club ants the atmosphere at the
Stadium to be elcoming to all ho attend its games. )ny .ser ho is caught racially
abusing a player or any other indi%idual in the Stadium ill face arrest and prosecution
by the police and a lengthy ban from the Club. !n addition# the Season Ticket ill be
immediately ithdran and no refund ill be gi%en.
27. )ny .ser# acting alone or ith others# hose conduct# or incitement of others# results in
disciplinary action being taken against the Club by -!-)# .E-)# The -ootball
)ssociation or The /remier +eague# shall be jointly and se%erally liable to the Club for
any loss the Club thereby suffers. The .ser shall also be jointly and se%erally liable to
the Club for any loss the Club suffers as a result of the beha%iour of a third party gaining
access to a *atch using the ticket ith the .ser$s permission.
23. The Conditions of !ssue shall be go%erned by and construed in accordance ith the
las of England and Gales. The parties hereby submit to the eAclusi%e jurisdiction of
the courts of England and Gales.
50. Ghilst e try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our ebsite are correct
at all times# errors may occasionally occur. !f e disco%er an error in the price or nature
of the ticket you ha%e ordered# e ill inform you as soon as possible# and gi%e you the
option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. !f e
are unable to contact you# e ill unfortunately ha%e to treat the order as cancelled. !f
the order is cancelled# e ill of course pro%ide you ith a full refund.

folloing additional regulations must be adhered to by .sers at all times;

staff/steards upon request. Dther photographic identification and e%idence of
the date of birth of the .ser may also be requested and# if requested# must be
shon to the )rsenal member of staff/steard.

of a fiAture.

!f at the end of the Season# you ish to rene the Season Ticket but change the
rele%ant seat at the Stadium to hich it relates# then# although e belie%e that the
reneal rate ill be eAtremely high# there is a process for "olders ishing to request a
seat mo%e to do so. The number of such mo%es that the Club can accommodate is
subject to the number of "olders ho do not rene their Season Ticket for the folloing
season in accordance ith the process set out by the Club and is generally quite lo.
