lnformaLlon regardlng any Servlce lnLerrupLlon and Lhe resLoraLlon of use and access Lo Lhe Servlces followlng
Lhe Servlce lnLerrupLlon Lo PSv SCPCCLS's reglsLered emall address. 1&W CL8A1lCnS ls noL responslble for
any unauLhorlzed access Lo, alLeraLlon of, or Lhe deleLlon, desLrucLlon, damage, loss or fallure Lo sLore any of,
PSv SCPCCLS's uaLa or oLher daLa LhaL PSv SCPCCLS or any AuLhorlzed user submlLs or uses ln connecLlon

Servlces (lncludlng a denlal of servlce aLLack) or oLher evenL LhaL may creaLe a rlsk Lo Lhe Servlces of
PSv SCPCCLS or any oLher 1&W CL8A1lCnS cusLomer, (b) PSv SCPCCLS's or PSv SCPCCLS's AuLhorlzed
user's use of Lhe Servlces or PSv SCPCCLS's uaLa dlsrupLs or poses a securlLy rlsk Lo Lhe Servlces or any oLher
1&W CL8A1lCnS cusLomer, may harm 1&W CL8A1lCnS's sysLem or any oLher 1&W CL8A1lCnS's
cusLomer, or may sub[ecL 1&W CL8A1lCnS or any Lhlrd parLy Lo llablllLy, (c) PSv SCPCCLS or PSv SCPCCLS's
