LADDER

6 Is the space between the rungs are even and uniform?
SCAFFOLDING
1 Is there a safe means of access to the working platform
2 Is vertically of the structure properly maintained
3 Is there a provision of toe boards/guardrails and are they
secured.

4 Are base plate provided?
5 Is the ground level firm, or have proper supports have
been placed under the structure?

6 Any damage in Standard plumb(Vertical tubes)

WORKING PLATFORM
1 Should not be less than 600 mm wide
2 Adequate checking of the guard rails
