79 Fed. Reg. 11808-11814 (ach 3, 2014). The curent desigation has been extended to
remain in efect through Jauay 22, 2016. I appeas fom the record tat te alien in te case
befre us is fom Haiti ad may be eligible to register fr TPS. Additona infraton about
applyg fr TPS may be obtaned fom the Depaent of Homelad Securty (1-800-375-5283
or ww .uscis.gov).
Accordingly, te fllowing order will be entered.
