25.4.12(AES/NRC/262) During transit as per captain anti-collision light CB pops out.

ON check found CB does not pops out but DFDR caution LT remains on anti-collision light CB
recycled. Now aircraft operation satisfactory.

24.5.12(AES/NRC/262) During daily inspection found taxi light does not illuminated.
ON check found taxi light seal beam is U/S. Replaced the said item and operation check given found
satisfactory.

13.6.12(AES/NRC/262) Main battery hot light remains on found during transmit.
On T/S found battery faulty. Replaced main battery operational check C/out.

12.6.12(AES/NRC/262) Main battery shows hot indication and battery body becomes too hot found
before departure.
Main battery replaced, operational check C/out and found satisfactory.

9.10.12(AES/NRC/262) During daily inspection found taxi light U/S.
Taxi lamp found Nil in store. Taxi lamp removed from S

displays.
#01 aircraft GCU replaced. Ground run given found both aircraft Gen satisfactory IAW 24-20-00.

19.10.12(AES/NRC/262) During carried out daily inspection found refuelling panel lightU/S.
On check found lamp filament burnt out.Lamp replaced with new one IAW MM.Power ON check
given found OK.

24.10.12(AES/NRC262) During Flt UBD-526 Taxi light became U/S.
ON check Found lamp filament burnt out.Lamp replaced IAW MM-Chapter 33-40-01.Power ON
check given OK.
27.5.12(AFE/A/5864) Operational test of Aileron Trim controlswwitches.

On check found one electrical wire of left wing tip position light (RED) circuit found insulation
broken,insulation made properly ,power On check given found operation OK.

detection.

Exchanged QCCI #1 and QCCI #2,ground run permormed.

15.4.13(AEU/AML-390) Captain clearview window anti-ice U/S also anti-ice fog U/S.
Ref AMM 5 clean & repost LH windshield controller/o,ground check T/S,still exit open ADD CAT C30-
20(2).

18.4.13(AEU/AML-396) Tail de-ice light on illuminated continuously after T/OFF & remain on 02 hrs.
Clean up filter and reversed electrical Connector Anti-Ice press regulator valve,PSE observed.

19.4.13(AEU/AML-397) Tail de-ice light on during T/OFF,climb remain ON.CB pulled out.
Rectified cable solenoid tail de-ice valve.Ground check OK.
