This is a simple excel file with VBA macro written to calculate the expenses an
automatically decode who has to pay to whom.

Follow these instructions.


1. You can enter data only in WHITE cells. System calculated values are
displayed in YELLOW cells
2. Enter number of participents in cells B3-B12
3. Use cells A:20-O:65536 to specify the expenses. Also specify who are all
going to share the amount from cells F:18 to O:18. Blank in F:18 to O:18 mean
YES
4. After speciyfying the expenses, press Calculate Expenses button (Clear
Calculations would clear the previously calculated results)
5. Decoded calculations are displayed in the matrix and as well as string form
6. For more information refer to comments given for each column
7. This excel file requires macros to be enabled. Select Medium or Lo
in Tools-Macro-Security tab.
