PayPal $15 redemption not payable at retail

1. How to receive your $15:
Buy a specially-marked package of a PayPal Here card reader (a $15 value) sold in participating retail stores in the U.S.,
while supplies last.

Go to www.paypal.com/redeem, enter the alpha-numeric code that appears on the card reader package into the form and
either login to your U.S. PayPal account if you already have one or sign up for a U.S. PayPal account and confirm your
email address. You will see a confirmation once the code has been successfully submitted.

All redemption submissions (including signing up for a PayPal account and confirmation of your email address) must be
completed by 12/31/2014 11:59:59 PST.

There is a limit of three (3) redemptions allowed per U.S. PayPal account. Any additional submissions will be declined.

Once your code submission is verified and you have completed the requirements, the $15 will be transferred into your
PayPal account within approximately 24 hours subject to meeting these terms and conditions.

You must create or have U.S. PayPal Account in good standing in order to receive and access the $15. You will not be
eligible for a redemption if your PayPal account is locked, closed or restricted.
If you are an existing PayPal customer, the $15 will be transferred into the PayPal account you log into during the code
submission process. If you do not currently have a U.S. PayPal account, you must create one and confirm your email
address associated with the account. If you have a PayPal account but have not completed your email confirmation the $15
will be transferred to your PayPal account in a pending status. To be able to access the funds, you have to complete the
email confirmation.

Once a redemption code has been submitted, you may not return the card reader for a refund. PayPal is not responsible for
any lost or stolen redemption codes or incorrect or inaccurate information you supply.

By submitting your request for redemption, you agree that your card reader purchase and request for redemption are subject
to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility:
Offer available to U.S. residents only, 18 years of age or older. Offer is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void if sold,
exchanged, copied or transferred and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for non-
complying redemption attempts. Requests from reseller groups, entities or organizations will not be honored. In the event of
fraudulent or unauthorized redemption requests, PayPal may refuse the redemption requests or reverse all redemptions
provided. Submitted false or fraudulent claims may make you ineligible for future promotional programs and may subject you
to liability.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall PayPal, its parent or subsidiaries, employees or suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer or the PayPal service. PayPals liability, and the
liability of our parent, subsidiaries, employees and suppliers to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the
actual amount of direct damages in any amount not to exceed $1,000. PayPal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
change, cancel or suspend part or all of this offer at any time without notice. PayPals failure to enforce any term of these
terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. PayPal reserves the right to disqualify
entrants who violate the terms and conditions or interfere with this offer in any manner.

4. Governing Law. These terms and conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced, and governed in all aspects in
accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of California.
