How do get a students pay attention and be actively participating ?


To assure my students attention and active participation , I should implement reward /punishment
system in my teaching- learning systemin order for them to pay attention while I am teaching my lesson
. My other effective hence efficient teaching methodology could be the use of enticing or eye
catchinginstructional materials .Something that is well designed ,planned readable /legible and can be
easily understoodin some mannerinstructional materials .The efficient use of materials as well as rules
and regulations and my way of dealingthem could surely catch their attention and couldmake them
responsible listener as well as an active participator of the lesson discussed. The use of materials and
methods prove that in teaching it enormously affectgood practice if in teachingit is aided of such thing t
have good threshold in learning.



How do I keep the flow of events moving with smooth and rapid transition .


To keep the flow of events despite of the various transition particularly in teaching the lesson . I must
be resilient in my teaching through my innovative and creative teaching ways like during the teaching
proper . I must create programs in my lesson presentation that is quite effective like energizer, activities
and other parts of lesson presentation concerning the strict allotment and implementation
of time duration and correct presentation of the lesson including my proper mannerism in the
presentation. Second I must look closely ,how I taught the lesson and try to be reflective if I am still
following the proper way of presenting the lesson.

How do communicate students what I expects to them and my expectations appropriate .

First I must conduct initially the orientation to formally share my expectations among them and a sort of
overview about the subject to be taught, From the first meeting I will create rules and regulations that
must be strictly followed and in creating those rules they are mainly included . I will ask them to
consolidate their expectations about the subject and their expectations about what I will be doing to
them in rendering the lessons to be discussed . I will do such things right before the formal lesson
proper of the whole school year. Upon knowing their expectations and interests from sharing and other
activities that relates their sharing of experiences . All of those are effective ways in order for me to
know how to cater their interests and my approaches to be used among them.

How do I build good personal relationship with students


As a teacher I should be resilient in a manner that I am not just a teacher but a surrogate parent as well ,
In teaching a teacher like me must be concerned no only to the learners learning but also to the
learners emotional, l physical , , personal socio economical state . in order to have a full understanding
of learners holistic psychology . I should extend my genuine concern to build personal relationship by
having a home visitation , student-parent teacher conference , monthly PTA meeting and sharing of
experiences , asking the students what is the problem if there is and help students to be relieve from
some serious problem and other ways of the teacher to show the concern among his her students. As a
teacher to be I must internalize and /or characterize as a teacher the other personality of being a
surrogate parents among his students and by showing my genuine concern among them they cannot be
intimidated to ask for me for help . becauseof that I can build my good personal relationship among
them .

How do I deal with vey resistant student.
My ways upon dealing to those students whom I consider as stubborn or resistant are to prior observe
them , think of ways on how to appropriately deal to them , Investigate a sort of information about
learners learning , academic, emotional, family , psycho-social, economic , and other relative
backgrounds in helping to them in the understanding of the whole contextof the learner and try to
approach him or her in a very appropriate ,ethical, approachable or not intimidating manner. For me to
think of theand apply some ways . I mustknow how to know their backgrounds and interests in order to
understand their psychology inside the classroom and his her displayed behavior /mannerisms even at
their home . A teacher should be considerate , kind , understandable , thoughtful and resilient . A
teacher like me must know how to be a guidance counselor to counsel students with difficulties and for
me to personally help them as well.

What does it takes to explain things clearly.
If I explain things clearly the assurance of high understanding of the lesson is at high percentage of
retention. I dont need to reiterate things for further clarification . Because I explain things clearly , It is
not only that they understand clearly but also they can now manage their own learning creating new
things or even innovating new ways and other application that they have grasped out from the well
explained things from the teacher . In short because I explain things clearly they may become creative ,
generative ,critical and innovative learners /thinkers making them competent enough in harnessing their
real life tools /skills , listening andthinking skill as well. Because of good teaching practiceit resulted to a
well -constructed learner , thinker listener and competent individual.

How do I make lesson more interesting and effective.
My ways in order to make my lesson more interesting and effective is to ameliorate my methods and
strategies in conducting the teaching learning practice, for interesting hence effective lesson
presentation needs the combinations of good instructional materials used , appropriate instructional
activities ,good instructions ,good teachers personality , methods and strategies as well as learners
motivational aspects in teaching learning which includes s the merging of reward /punishment system,
constructivism , focusing inquiry approach , discovery method etc. The one that driven the interest of
the learners are the field of interests to become an effective among students with multitude of
intelligences that I should cater them all in accordance to my methods strategy and approaches
considering their intelligences to cater their interest for my lesson to become interesting yet effective
and efficient .Because I believe that by hitting their interest Ican assure that my lesson become
interesting and effective.

My hidden curriculum is the magnification of moral values in teaching . Teaching facts may have side
effects that may inflict their morale thats why upon teaching such thing. I should emphasize or include
in my teaching the values without regarding the subject taughtit should be included . The use of
knowledge and wisdom in teaching are of great help in building their foundation in learning values while
firmly acquainted toacademic concepts due to unintended learning of the learning of the learners upon
their engagement to academic concept. The moral guidance regarding their learning should be observed
as well most particularly by the teachers which are one of the responsible in guiding their learning .

How do I know what students have really learned
Upon knowing what the students really learn out from the lesson and activities conducted by the
teacher , there should be prior assessment and evaluation to be conducted to which the learners
learning are being consolidated in a form of an output , right after everything is being assessed .
Evaluation is conducted to which set of questions are given among them to have a tangible
measurement/result of what they have learned through all of the teachingmade. Through those theycan
be now given a value judgment among their performances . How they have performed well and how
their performance are rated which are being transmuted in basis to the standards set. Through that I
can assess and evaluate learners learning wellby using such tools in determining their performance
achievement level


How do I build or adjust curriculum for maximum effectiveness .
My way of adjusting curriculum in assuring maximum effectiveness is throughinnovative teaching and
designing of the curriculum. Being innovativeincludes your being resilient in inserting new methods and
strategies /approaches that you are mainly engaged in your own teaching . Those proposed new things
in teaching would be helpful in enhancingcurricular goals and objectives. Extending effectiveness of the
curriculum opens the opportunities among the teachers like me to be creative , critical and innovative
enough in using my instructional materials , strategies and method used in order to advocatemaximum
effectiveness in adjusting the curriculum for it to be more vital and viable in the development of the
