Vigilante stalking and the covert use of advanced electronic weapons on
vigilante stalking targets is basically the use of lies - again: LIES - to
motivate networked groups of citizens to destroy the lives of their innocent
targets. These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity,
and hopefully, to stop it.
In show nr. 2 we lay the foundation (for the issue) of vigilante gang stalking
by reviewing the book "Terrorist Stalking in America" by David Lawson. This book

reports what the author discovered when he interviewed both stalking gang
members and police in the United States and Canada, and gives the public a first

hand glimpse into this growing crime wave. In this show we will cover the other
half of the gang-stalking problem: the THROUGH-THE-WALL electronic weapons,
which are used on many vigilante stalking gang targets. Apparently, the people
who use these weapons, operate entirely independent of the vigilante gangs, and
are not known to them, nor to the author David Lawson.
There are 4 basic through-the-wall weapons. Together with the non-electronic
vigilante gang crimes these weapons leave the target no time and place to find
refuge from the harassment. With through-the-wall weapons the harassment can
continue 24 hours a day, year in and year out. In some cases the harassment is
for the life of the target and can span decades.
Let me list the 4 basic through-the-wall weapons, which have been available for
more than a decade, and in one case since the 1950's.
The first weapon is Joseph Sharp's voice-to-skull success, performed with dr.
James C. Lin's microwave transmitter, which was announced in 1974. Dr.
Sharp's voice-to-skull does not require implants to work.
The second weapon is dr. Lowery silent sound (patent nr. 5,159,703), which is
used for self-help subliminal hypnosis tapes and CDs. This weapon was also used
by the U.S.-army in Gulf War One to cause mass surrender of the Iraqi-forces.
Together with Sharp's voice-to-skull, silent sound can hypnotize a unaware
target in his bed. Unaware hypnosis is clearly mind control in the extreme! In
fact, many targets of electronic harassment call the harassment "mind control",
because that is possible with these advanced weapons. Again, Oliver Lowery
silent sound does not require implants to work.
The third basic weapon is the Russian LIDA machine. This is a very old medical
device that dates back to the Korean War. It is a pulsed radio transmitter,
which can be used to make the target exhausted on the job. With a pulse-rate
increase the LIDA machine can deprive a target of his sleep. The LIDA machine
does not require implants to work. I keep stressing that these weapons do not
require implants, because the first idea of someone, who has never heard of
electronic anti-personnel weapons, is that these technologies require that the
target is implanted.
The last weapon, which is used in conjunction with the others, is through-
clothing and through non-conductive-wall radar, which is widely used at
airports, and by the police to look though clothing for hidden weapons. As long
as the wall is non-conductive, like wood for example, this kind of radar will
also spot you through the walls of your house. Through-the-wall radar provides
for accurate aiming of Sharp's voice-to-skull signals and many imaginative ways
to harass a target in his home.
All these through-the-wall weapons are unclassified, and can be bought or build
by anyone with the money, but have you ever heard of any of them, listener? No?
That is not an accident.
There is a fifth, very basic weapon that is finding its way into use. This
weapon exists of a microwave oven, which is hotwired so that it can be used with

its doors taken off. If somebody wants to harass a target in an apartment or a
dormitory setting, all they really need is to have access to the target's
bedroom, either through an adjacent wall, the ceiling or the floor. You can aim
the open end of a microwave oven at them as they sleep. This will bring about
all the symptoms of overexposure to microwaves, which includes things like:
fatigue, - and interestingly - sleeping difficulties, memory loss, confusion,
the feeling of being sun burnt, with other symptoms relating to overexposure to
microwaves that can be looked up.
Let me explain the first of the through-the-wall weapons: dr. Joseph Sharp's
voice-to-skull transmitter. In literature you will see voice-to-skull either
abbreviated as "V2S" or "V2K". The American army defines voice-to-skull
equipment as "V2K".
Normal sound is made of smooth vibrations that look like rounded hills and
valleys, when you display them on an oscilloscope, which is an instrument that
spreads sound waves out on its screen, so that the observer can see their speed
and shape. Our ears convert the vibrations for normal sound into something that
the brain can understand.
If you have a device that can generate sharp clicks in the correct sequence, it
is possible to create a very realistic sound, which is almost identical with the

natural smooth wave sound. In other words: you can recreate music or a voice
from a bunch of clicks. Those who are electronic experimenters can play music
into a "555 timer chip". which converts music into a string of closely spaced
clicks. You can then feed the clicks into a loudspeaker, and hear the original
music quite clearly. Remember, this is music that has been converted in nothing
more than a string of clicks. I did this myself, and demonstrated it to my co-
workers, who were amazed that the loudspeaker was receiving nothing more than a
string of clicks. Yet, it sounded like perfectly normal music. Synthesizing soun
d
from clicks is actually a primitive form of digital sound, which we are now all
familiar with.
In World War Two, technicians, that stood in line with their more powerful radar

units, discovered that they could hear the radar's microwave pulses as a buzz
inside their skulls. Naturally, they had no implants, (but this was because) a
radar signal will penetrate any wall that is non-conductive: wooden, dry brick
or masonry. The hearing of the buzz of a radar signal is called "radar hearing".

In the early 1960's dr. James C. Lin's did a serie of experiments on radar
hearing, and so did dr. Alan Frey. They found that a single microwave pulse of
an adequate power level could create a click sound in the test subject's
hearing. If the pulses were repeated, the subject heard a buzz.
In the early 1970's, dr. Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research
took these experimental findings and used a computer to adjust the timing
between the pulses. In his experiments a microwave pulse was transmitted for
each pulse waveform that swung from a high peak to a low valley. The result was
that dr. Sharp could hear spoken words. Dr. Sharp used himself as a test subject

to prevent risk to others, as there is some concern of the effect of radio
signals on the brain. (Nowadays) many of us know about that from the ongoing
controversy about cell phones.
In August of 1974 dr. Sharp's success was announced at a seminar for the
faculties of Engineering and Psychology at the university of Utah. Dr. Sharp
used dr. Lin's transmitter to transmit enough power, so that his voice-to-skull
received something like 1 Watt per square centimeter of skull surface at the ver
y
peak of each pulse. However, the pulses were very short, and the average
power was much less than 1 Watt per square centimeter. The average power for
successful voice-to-skull transmission is only about that of a beam of powerful
flashlight, which is not something that is going to burn a hole in your wall.
Dr. Frey research indicated that voice-to-skull is possible with as little as
1/3 of a Watt per square centimeter of skull surface. This is about the power
level you might get while basking under a red heat lamp. The low power level,
around that of a flashlight, means it is possible to focus a pulsed-microwave
signal on a target's skull, though a non-conductive wall, without major
disruption of electronic appliances inside or outside a target's home. In other
words: such a signal is not going to disrupt the neighbourhood. Televisions,
radios and stereos don't operate in the microwave frequency range. Even most
cell phones operate below that range.
Many vigilante gang stalking targets report odd tones, fake alarm clock and
telephone ringing, fake knocking on the door, and sometimes, voice messages. The

existence of this voice-to-skull technology and the overwhelming heavy gang
harassment that accompanies these odd sounds, makes it plain that no longer
hearing voices, require a diagnosis of mental illness.
The second of the through-the-wall technologies is dr. Oliver Lowery silent
sound. The normal hearing range of the human ear has an upper limit of perhaps
20,000 Hertz. Normal human speech mainly occupies the range between 300 and 3000

Hertz, while the sensitivity of the ear drops off in the range from 10,000 to
20,000 Hertz. When the frequency of a tone is above 10,000 Hertz, it gets
softer, that is less loud. Dr. Lowery experimented with devices that convert
human speech to a frequency range above that of normal speech, for example:
13,000 to 16,000 Hertz. This is in the frequency range where the loudness for
the listener begins to drops off, and it begins to sounds as if a very tiny
person is talking. In fact, when you get up towards 14,000 Hertz and higher, it
is no longer possible to understand the words that are being said. You can hear
something, but it no longer sounds like words to your conscious hearing. Our
group has 10 of these Lowery devices, which enabled us to demonstrate them, and
to experience the human voice on different frequency ranges.
Now, if you remember from your high school physics, that are two different types

of radio signals: AM and FM. The FM signal - or Frequency-Modulation signal -
stays on all the time, even during the periods of silence of the announcer. The
audio equivalent of a FM signal is simply a steady tone. When words are imposed
onto the steady tone, then the tone rapidly changes to the frequency of the
voice waveform. The end result in audio terms is a steady tone during periods of

silence, and a wobbling tone when carrying a speaker's voice by way of
frequency-modulation.
When spoken words are pushed up to the range of 13 to 16 thousand Hertz, you
can still hear a wobble in the tone, but you can no longer make out the words.
The steady tone, which stays on during periods of silence, is called the FM carr
ier
signal. FM can be used either with radio signals or with acoustic signals. To
create a dr. Lowery silent sound two things need to be done to a speaker's
voice: 1) the frequency of the voice is shifted up to the high end of hearing, s
ay,
13,000 to 16,000 Hertz, and 2) the voice is modulated onto a FM carrier tone,
which might be at 14,500 Hertz. The result will not sound like a voice, but like
a
faint ringing in the ears.
Let me comment here, that a great many of our members, myself included,
experience ringing in the ears around the clock. During these periods it
sometimes sounds to me like the tone is modulating, but I can't make out what is

being said, because the tone is too high.
So what good is silent sound if you cannot hear what is being said? In the
frequency range around 14,500 Hertz the ears sensitivity changes quite a bit
with the frequency. Thirteen thousand (13,000) Hertz is heard more loudly than
16,000 Hertz, for example. The change of the sound volume with the frequency is
enough to make the converted voice understandable to the brain. For listeners
with a technical background: the way the brain hears the original voice is
called "FM slope detection". With silent sound you have a voice-carrying signal,

which your conscience hearing sense pretty well can't hear, while your brain
can. Silent sound is therefore an excellent method to carry subliminal
information into the hearer's mind, while the hearer is unaware of what is said,

which, of course, is the perfect formula for hypnosis.
Back in the 1950's "subliminal advertising" was inserted into movies and the TV
using time slicing, in which, say, every 16'th frame of a film carries a picture

of something the filmmaker wants the audience to buy, like popcorn. Silent sound

has the advantage that it never stops. It isn't on for just 1/16'th of the time.

We understand that silent sound was used by the U.S.-army in Gulf War One
to discourage Iraqi troops and to urge them hypnotically to surrender. We also k
now
that it used by companies selling hypnotical self-help tapes and CD's, such as
"Altered States" in New Zealand, or "Hemi-Sync" in the United States. The
"Hemi-Sync" version is more complex than the original dr. Lowery technology. The
re
is also a "Silent Sound Company", a name that is their trademark.
We know that perhaps 4 out of 5 people have in some degree the ability to be
hypnotized. So silent sound may be an effective way for both commercial and
covert control purposes. Silent sound can be piggybacked on normal radio and TV-
broadcasts. It can be transmitted directly through the ear, as well from a
speaker hidden in the target's ventilation ducts.
Silent sound can be transmitted by way of the new ultrasound focused beam audio-
technology, called "Acoustic Heterodyne". And commercial Acoustic Heterodyning
can be recognized as "HyperSonic Sound", or for another company: the "Acoustic
Spotlight".
"HyperSonic Sound" is a special kind of loudspeaker, which uses ultrasound,
sound above what you can hear to form a narrow beam of sound, which you can
hear, until the beam hits something solid. It has been built to be effective at,

at least, 700 feet. If silent sound is fed into a "HyperSonic Sound"-sending uni
t,
and aimed at a human target, he or she will just hear a faint high-pitched tone,

no words, yet the target's brain will "hear" the original content.
"HyperSonic Sound" has of course limitations as a harassment tool. Longer
distances require larger sender units, which are easily seen. More importantly
is the fact that silent sound cannot penetrate walls or closed windows. A silent

sound beam hitting an outdoor wall or closed window will sound as if a speaker
is mounted outside the building at the point of impact, which is not a very
evasive way to get the sound into the target's brain. High-pitched tones are,
much more than low frequencies, quickly muffled by a buildings structure.
Silent sound speech converters are easy to get by the way. There is one
available from a company named "Future Horizons". And there is a schematic for
one on my "raven1.net"-website. I recommend a commercial unit, such as one by
Future Horizons, but with a warranty that this is only for serious experimenters
.
Consider now what happens when you connect silent sound to a Joseph Sharp
voice-to-skull transmitter. You then have the ability to transmit words that can
not
be heard by the target. When this is done while the target is in bed, then he or

she is the most receptive to hypnosis.
Vigilante stalking gangs with access to a skilled hypnotist, or tapes from one,
can utterly destroy the personality of targets who are receptable to hypnosis,
and that means: 4 out of 5 people. Let me tell you, listeners, that our members
report many instances in which they feel, or act, as if hypnotized. This fact is

what has given rise to the name "mind control" as the common name for electronic

harassment on the Internet. But, believe me: there is whole lot more involved
than mind control.
The combination of dr. Sharp's voice-to-skull-technology and Lowery silent sound

is incredibly invasive. It can make a target's life a LITERAL LIVING HELL, when
added to the non-electronic harassment by vigilante stalking gangs. I can vouch
for that.
The third of the four unclassified weapons is the old 1950's medical device: the

LIDA machine. Experimenters have known for a long time that, not only is it
possible to read the brain's electrical activity by way of electrodes on the
head, but it is also possible to alter the brain activities by a number of
methods. A few methods are: putting electrical currents of a desired frequency
into electrodes on the head, setting up a pulsing magnetic field near the head,
or optically, with pulsing light. Doctors in Russia around World War Two, had
their own method for altering the brain average electrical activity to
tranquilize mental patients without using drugs. The LIDA machine uses a
40-watt, 40 MHz pulsing radio signal to alter or entrain the brains electrical
rhythm to bring about a tranquil state. One LIDA unit has been evaluated by
the late doctors Ross Adey and Eldon Byrd at the Research unit of the Loma
Linda Veterans hospital.
The LIDA technology is patented, and I am not aware if it's being used in
unclassified medical circles. The reason for patenting is probably because of
concerns about the effects of transmitting radio signals directly at a patient.
Imagine for a moment how it would be if a stalking gang member placed a LIDA
machine near you at the place of your employment. You could be made so tired
that you work would suffer, maybe to the extent that you are fired. I
experienced this very thing for years, before I was able to retire. Everyday on
the job was a grueling effort to stay upright and doing enough productive work
to keep my job. In the late 1990's I was hit so hard that I had to lie down for
30 minutes at a time on a full mattress behind the companies mainframe computer.

I was their main computer operator and the mainframe stood in my work room.
LIDA technology can be a brutal weapon in the hands of a vigilante stalking
gang. And these gangs can infiltrate your workplace, so this kind of equipment
can even be set up by people who have a reason to be in the building.
But there is more: the LIDA machine has adjustable pulse speed controls. Now
imagine what happens if the speed is adjusted to a wide-awake setting, and that
your next door neighbour has a LIDA machine pointed at your bedroom every night,

for years. I can tell you from personal experience, and from many reports from
gang stalking targets, that being forced awake is one of the most common types
of attack reported by gang stalking targets, who also experience electronic
attack. When this "electronic caffeine" is switched on, you simply cannot sleep,

no matter what you do. It can override sleeping medication. Let me comment here
that the old 1950's model, the LIDA machine, is not what is being used today. We

know that because a 40-watt pulsing radio transmitter - which is fairly powerful

- would cause widespread interference with all sorts of radio- en TV-receiving
equipment, and very likely, with the stereo system as well. My main purpose for
mentioning the LIDA machine is to show you that such technology has been
available for a long time. The LIDA machine is half a century old, and not
particular difficult to build. As a radio ham operator I can tell you that some
HAM radio transmitters, could be used as a LIDA machine practically off the
shelf...

The fourth through-the-wall weapon, which dramatically enhances the effect of
the other three, is through-the-wall radar. Through-the-wall is basically
through-your-clothing radar as used by airport security. It is true radar, not a
n
X-ray machine, although backscatter X-ray machines are also used at security
checkpoints.
As long as the material of a wall is non-conductive - and that includes dry
masonry - through-clothing radar will produce an image, which shows where the
target is within his home. This knowledge allows the perpetrators to aim their
voice-to-skull transmitter, or LIDA machine, with life destroying results.
Through-the-wall radar is also called "millimeter wave radar" or "teraHertz wave

radar". Through-the-wall radar will not interfere with home electronic
equipment, because its frequency range is far above that of TV, radio, and cell
phone equipment. This means that the target has no clues that he or she is being

surveyed by through-the-wall radar.
A few years ago I telephoned Millivision, one of the first companies to produce
commercial through-the-wall radar. They told me if I had 100,000 dollars - or so

- they would sell me an unit. So for criminals this is not very difficult
equipment to get hold of. A current day supplier of through-the-wall radar is
"SafeView".
Know well, listener, that through-the-wall radar is not the same as "thermal
imaging". Thermal imaging is not true through-the-wall technology. It displays
with colours which parts of an object, or wall, are warmer than others. For
example, if someone is sitting up against the wall, their body heat will
eventually cause the outside of the wall to glow up a bit. Thermal imaging is
able to pick up these little temperature differences, but it is not able to pick

up a person, who is moving around inside a building, or on the opposite side of
a room in the building. Through-the-wall radar, on the other hand, will display
people as they move around, and in the nude as well.
It is important for you to understand, listener, that none of the technologies I

just described, require implants. So when someone feels safe from invasive
electronic surveillance and manipulation, because he or she had no surgery, then

that is a feeling of false security. Implants are used by various agencies and
corporations for both legitimate and illegitimate purposes. The main
illegitimate purpose is involuntary human experimentation. The important thing
to remember is that implants are not necessary to silently destroy a target's
life with electronic harassment.
A classic use of implants was demonstrated by Dr. Jose Delgado, a former
professor of Psychology at the Yale University. He mounted a radio receiver on
the skull of a bull with implants that lead into the bull's brain. Dr. Delgado
was able to stop or steer the bull, even after the bull had been provoked and
was moving towards the provocateur. Other animal experiments have been done with

the same results. This is like the new technologies for helping paraplegics to
operate equipment, but then in reverse. Paraplegics, by the way, do have
implants for operating equipment. Blind people are also implanted into their
visual cortex. Their implants can be used in conjunction with a video camera to
create a crude image, which enables the blind to have a rough idea of the scene
in front of them.
My personal opinion is that there are technologies which can perform tracking
without implants. Decades have elapses since the first 4 unclassified non-implan
t
surveillance technologies were developed, and the world of Intelligence and Blac
k
Operations is always working to improve their technologies.
A few targets have anomalous bumps on their necks and heads. A few of them even
have implants removed. The doctors that removed the implants have always either
lost the implants afterwards, or confiscated them. In the last case no explanati
on
were given to the patients, other than that the implant did not belong to them.
There is one case, that of Dave Larson, who was able to photograph the implants
that were removed from his body. He documented the source of the implants with
the assistance of the medical staff. David Larson is pursuing a court case. When

his case is finally judicatured, we will announce the results on this show. I
suspect though that it will be settled out of court, as with the cases of the
victims of the MKULTRA atrocities.
There is one technology that behaves likes the electronic harassment equipment
used by vigilante stalking gangs. It is able to penetrate walls and can be
projected over a distance of 700 feet. The technical name is "Acoustic
Heterodyne". Two commercial names for this technology are: the "Acoustic
Spotlight" and "HyperSonic sound".
We sometimes talk about this technology and even demonstrated it to the public.
Some of our members have Acoustic Heterodyne-units for demonstration purposes.
It is still unusual enough to open the publics mind to the possibility that
electronic harassment is feasible.
Acoustic Spotlight is a special loudspeaker, which sends out ultrasound, instead

of an audible sound, that can be focused into a fairly tight beam. When an
Acoustic Spotlight is broadcasting, you hear nothing coming from the loudspeaker

itself. The sound is only heard where the ultrasound beam hits a solid surface,
which can be a building, a vehicle, a tree or a person. The sound curve is of a
very high quality, and sounds like the source is right at the persons ear. In
this sense, it is like dr. Joseph Sharp's voice-to-skull technology described
earlier. An Acoustic Spotlight can, at a moderate distance, pick out one person
in a crowd to hear a voice message. Someone standing next to the target will
hear a little bit of sound that is reflected off the target, which doesn't happe
n
when microwave voice-to-skull technology is used.
That covers the unclassified technologies, which could be used to support
vigilante harassment. I like to say, though, that the current day harassment
equipment is far more invasively than the primitive technology we described
here. For example, the aim of the electronic attacks is so sharp, that our
members have experienced attacks on their mind and body, even while embracing a
partner that felt nothing at the same time.
Today's perpetrator equipment can penetrate top quality, fully enclosing,
electromagnetic shielded enclosures, that should work much better than a simple
Faraday cage. I built an enclose with four different layers of shielding, which
does a beautiful job of stopping all electromagnetic incoming signals. There are

a lot of commercial radio-and TV-towers in the area where I live. Inside this
enclosure I found no trace of a signal on my battery operated devices, including

my cell phone.
It is important to realize, listener, that the types of electronic harassment
weapons we described here, are only the most basic and limited one's that are
available to the vigilante harassment groups.
