TUITION CREDIT AND COURSE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

LIMITED TIME OFFER
The undersigned Student has entered into an Enrollment Agreement with BARBRI, Inc. (BARBRI) for
the BARBRI Bar Review Course indicated below and, by completing and signing this agreement,
agrees to purchase in full the BARBRI Bar Review Course.

As an acknowledgement of Students dedication to a career in public interest law and in consideration of an
additional non-refundable payment of $500 by Student to BARBRI and the agreement to purchase in full the
BARBRI Bar Review Course indicated below, BARBRI agrees to award Student the following tuition credit, based on
the respective course list price of the course purchased:

Option 1: A $1,500 tuition credit if the BARBRI Bar Review Course list price is $3,895; or


Option 2: A $1,200 tuition credit if the BARBRI Bar Review Course list price is $3,395; or


Option 3: A $1,000 tuition credit if the BARBRI Bar Review Course list price is $2,995.

TUITION CREDIT AND COURSE PURCHASE AGREEMENT TERMS AND
CONDITIONS

The balance of the remaining tuition (including sales tax, shipping and handling and refundable book deposit) shall be due and payable by
Student to BARBRI by the earlier of (i) the Students requested shipping date of the course materials or (ii) the November 15
th
immediately
prior to your winter bar review course or the April 15
th
immediately prior to your summer bar review course.
Student agrees as follows:
To qualify for this Course Purchase Agreement (the Agreement), Student must (i) be taking a BARBRI Bar Review Course for
the first time, (ii) be pursuing a post-graduation career in public interest law (and agree to provide documentation if requested) and
(iii) provide a valid credit card to guarantee payment of the balances due.
This offer (i) expires on October 3, 2014, (ii) cannot be combined with any other offers including, but not limited to, tuition
certificates and/or competitor payment credits, which reduce the tuition price and (iii) cannot be used on a BARBRI LLM Extended
Bar Review Course or the Delaware Bar Review Course.
Student authorizes BARBRI to charge the credit card listed on the reverse side for (a) the payment listed on the reverse side
immediately and (b) any outstanding balance on the earlier of (i) the Students requested shipping date of the course materials or
(ii) the November 15
th
immediately prior to your winter bar review course or the April 15
th
immediately prior to your summer bar
review course.
Upon default of this Agreement, Student understands that (i) BARBRI will terminate access to all content on www.barbri.com, (ii)
Student will not be eligible to utilize the BARBRI Guarantee (if applicable), (iii) Student will be excluded from all future bar review
lectures and materials, (iv) the entire unpaid balance shall become due and payable immediately and (v) BARBRI will immediately
submit Students account for collection. Student hereby agrees to waive any right to contest such actions by BARBRI in the event
of a default of this Agreement.
If Student breaches this Agreement, Student hereby agrees to waive any right to contest the charge(s) made to Students credit
card. If Student defaults on any part or all of the obligations arising from this Agreement, Student agrees to pay all reasonable
costs including, but not limited to, attorneys fees, court costs and collection fees. In addition, Student agrees that the only proper
venue for any court action concerning the breach of this Agreement is within the state of the Bar Review Course listed on the
reverse side. Further, breach of this Agreement may result in disclosure to any national credit reporting bureau and similar
organizations.
Student agrees that the amounts above will be modified by BARBRI to reflect (i) any changes made by Student to the BARBRI
Bar Review Course being taken, (ii) additional changes made by Student resulting in a change in charges to Students account,
(iii) additional payments made by Student on account and (iv) the costs described in the preceding paragraph in the event of a
payment default by Student.
Student understands that once this Agreement has been signed, (i) all previous and future payments made to BARBRI will be
non-refundable, excluding book deposits, if applicable, (ii) no book deposit refunds will be made until Students account is paid in
full, (iii) Student will not be eligible for additional tuition credits or similar programs and (iv) this Agreement can only be modified in
writing by a BARBRI Director of Legal Education.
Student agrees to the Enrollment Agreement and Terms of Use on www.barbri.com. In the event of conflict between this
Agreement and the Enrollment Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will apply.
