It's half past 8 in the ofce but the lights are still on...

PCs still running, cofee machines still buzzing...

And who's at wor! "ost of them !!! #ae a closer loo...
All or most specimens are !!
$omething male species of the human race...

#his is the scene in most research centers and software companies and other
of-shore ofces.
.achelors +#ime-passing+ during late hours in the ofce /ust bcoz the& sa&
the&'0e nothing else to do...
(ow what r the conse1uences. ..
+'oring+ 2for the record onl&3 late hours soon becomes part of the institute
or compan& culture.
'ith bosses more than eager to pro0ide support to those +woring+ late in
the form of ta4i 0ouchers, food 0ouchers and of course good feedbac, 2oh,
he's a hard worer... goes home onl& to change..))3.
#he& aren't helping things too...
#o hell with bosses who don't understand the diference between +sitting+ late
and +woring+ late)))
5er& soon, the boss start e4pecting all emplo&ees to put in e4tra woring

$o, "& dear .achelors let me tell &ou, life changes when u get married and
start ha0ing a famil&... ofce is no longer a priorit&, famil& is... and
#hat's when the problem starts... b'coz u start ha0ing commitments at home
too.
6or &our boss, the earlier +hardworing+ gu& suddenl& seems to become a
+earl& lea0er+ e0en if u lea0e an hour after regular time... after doing the
same amount of wor.
People lea0ing on time after doing their tass for the da& are labelled as
wor-shirers. ..
7irls who thanfull& alwa&s 2its changing nowada&s... though3 lea0e on time
are labelled as +not up to it+. All the while, the bachelors pat their own bacs
and carr& on +woring+ not realizing that the& r spoiling the wor culture at
their own place and ne0er realize that the& would ha0e to regret at one point
of time.
$o what's the moral of the stor&!!
