INTRODUCTION:

NIFA- National Institute of Finance and Accounts.

National Institute of Finance and Accounts (NIFA), a


division of NIFA Infocomp Services Pvt. Ltd., has been around
a decade. The company is run by group of Professionals and has
tie-ups with the most prevalent and extensively used Software
Companies in this field, offering specific, tailor-made courses to
students who aspire to make a place for themselves in the
sunrise field of finance and accounts. The name of the course is
NIFA-CPCA (Certified Professional Computer Accountant).
They also provide job oriented training inside the institution.
Task offered at the institution:

 Tele Calling

 Library Management

 Marketing fundamentals
Objectives of the training:

1. To find out the Financing policies and norms.

2. Promotional activities.

3. To help us understand how to analyzed the market


environment and determine the target market.
Maintenance of stock register:
Stock Register is a register maintained by the
Stores in charge to record all the receipts and
issues of the stock items. The given format is
typical stock register format giving all the details of
inward and outward of the materials for given
period of the register. This is a summarized report
of all the stock items to help the stores in charge to
keep better control on the movement of the
materials. Maintenance of Stock Register ensures
the effective inventory control.

Stock Entry
Stock entry is the entry made in the stock register.
Here, every entry is made for every student who
ever took the articles from the institution. In case
of companies, stock entry is done in the name of
shares, debentures etc. hold by the companies.
Tele calling:
Tele marketing is a discipline that is fast gaining
ground and is being seen as powerful tools to
leverage business. Tele marketing uses telephone
in direct sales. Today, people with busy lifestyles
and those who might be hard pressed for time
have the option of conducting business over the
telephone. Business with aggressive sales targets
are becoming savvy, and using this to there
advantage.
Telemarketing is seen as an effective means to
reach prospective customers.
Marketing fundamentals:
Marketing refers to the social and managerial processes by
which products; services and value are exchanged in order to
fulfill individuals or group's needs and wants. These processes
include, but are not limited to, advertising, promotion,
distribution, and sales.
Conclusion:
By undergoing this training, different kind of worked done in
the office can be figured out. Management of back office files
and how to deal with customers are taught in this training.
Marketing fundamentals are also given for analyzing the market.
