I have notice people under mercury retrograde influence sometimes repeat words or

sentences (although it also happens normally when the planet is not retograde as well as
explained below), and came to my mind if people who develops uncontrollable
stuttering (degrees of fluency) could be related to a Mercury retrograde period, since the
planet rules speech, communication, verbal and body expression, we may feel blocked
inside out so to speak. People born under mercury retrograde periods are other worldly
creatures in expression, giving then some kind of backwards dialect (that can be also
influenced by other factors). Although he does not stammer actor Keanu Reeves has
mercury retrograde in Virgo, he does have a different way of expressing himself, and I
think he has chosen movies that are very like his Virgo retrograde type.
Is known that one of the probabilities that people start stammering is after a dramatic or

Taurus, which is believed by many astrologers to provide information about
stammering, when Taurus rules the throat and the Voice. Although I am no
psychologist, is evident that there of course, external influences that possibly may have
caused the origin of the problem.
There are for sure, more indicators of it, I was reading this article from astrologer Carole
and found to be very interesting about the King and his Stammer problem.
Adding my extra view: the moon (emotional), Saturn (physical blockage), Pluto (fear,
psychological), the sign of a Gemini (communicator), oppositions, squares and mainly
Mercury (speech) as the key and the linker, influence greatly in a char of someone who
has/had it. We learn to talk in the early environment (Moon+Mercury), we observe
situations and people around us talking, then we absorb and let our shift-shape mutable
quality take place (Gemini) in our daily basis (3rd house) expressing ourselves in
different ways influencing others to do the same, explaining perhaps how we cope with
the bad habit from others.
For my surprise, something that I didnt know, I just checked and confirmed that
Nicholas Brendon from Buffy the vampire slayer used to have the problem:

when younger, and other actors and actress that goes through the same, usually fears
that it will slow them down and compromise their career, but there are other people who
stammer only when they get seriously nervous, in interviews, first impressions and
especially if the person has a great responsibility towards a public.
However the problem has techniques that promise to fix the problem. I google some
offices that are experts in the arena, and of course I would check at least one chart from
someone who claims the recovery is possible but the person must have had gone the
therapy by him/herself. I found Stephen Hill, according to the information from his

speech transformer, a result that also comes from Mercury conjunction Pluto, and in his
blog he affirms he was stammer by the age of 4, and by putting himself trough new
social situations he found himself challenged to speak fluently as with by other factors
he lists.
