FAQ:

1.) Q: How do I get paid?


A: We pay our teachers through BDO cash card. You need to get a form in
your nearest BDO branch and fill it out. You can then submit the form to
our office by LBC. ( We will send you process of applying once you get hired
with us.


2.) Q: What is my schedule?
A: Your schedule is up to you. You can open your schedule anytime you want. Our
service hours is from 4am 12 am. You can create your own schedule any time
between these hours. There is no maximum hours. The minimum hours is ideally
4 hours a day.



3.) Q: Why do we have to pay tax? Im only a part timer. Do I still pay even if my
salary is under minimum wage?
A: All form of income is taxed. The tax that part time home based teachers are
paying is called Expanded withholding tax and not compensation tax The
compensation tax is paid when there is an employee employer relationship in that
case the suspension of tax for employees with below minimum salary is applied.
In this case there is none. The teacher is an independent contractor. Therefore
15% expanded withholding tax is applied.





4.) Q: Is there a way for me to lower my tax?
A: Yes. You can submit a Sworn declaration form. If you have accomplished that
form your tax will be 10%. We will send you the process on how to get that once
you get hired.


5.) Q: Where do I submit my TIN NUMBER?
A: You can submit it together with your contract. If you dont have it yet and you
will apply for one, you can submit it to follow. Please forward it to this e-mail
tutor@sh-learn.com with the subject . (Name of teacher) TIN NUMBER

Q: How is my salary computed?

7.) Q: If I open my schedule for 8 hours, but I only had students for 7 hours, do I
still get paid for 8 hours?
A: No. The teacher is only paid for the hours that he had students.


8.) Q:When do I start teaching?

A: As soon as you are done with your profile and you have listened to the systems
training that will be shared with you once you get hired.



9.) Q: Is there a bond?

A: None.
