Terry Garrett (Senior Managing Director) is a seasoned leader and an accomplished

entrepreneur with years of successful governance level and business experience in the
healthcare industry. Mr. Garrett has served as the finance co-chairman and board member
of a sized healthcare system during a financial turnaround, hospitals and physician practices
acquisitions. Further, Mr. Garrett has years of experience as a practicing attorney, and also
served as a municipal judge in Norman, Oklahoma. He has years of experience of providing
advisory services during crises, and financial and operational turnarounds. Mr. Garrett is a
graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelors degree in finance. He is also
a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctor degree.

Larry Thornhill (Senior Managing Director) is a seasoned healthcare executive with years of
senior-level leadership experience. Mr. Thornhill has served as the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) at several healthcare organizations. Additionally, he held other executive level positions
at hospitals and large health systems in the non-profit and Governmental sectors. Mr.
Thornhill has a breadth of experience ranging from critical access hospitals to complex
community health systems affiliated with regional medical schools. Additionally, he has
performed consulting services to independent community hospitals regarding future merger
and affiliation considerations with larger health systems. Mr. Thornhill is a past Fellow in the
American College Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and Regent for southern Ohio. He is a
graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a bachelors degree in business administration.
Additionally, Mr. Thornhill also a graduate of Regis University with a masters in business
administration degree and the University of Oklahoma with a masters in public administration
degree.

Melvin Alexander (Executive Managing Director) is a seasoned healthcare executive with
years of senior-level leadership experience in investor owned and non-profit settings. Mr.
Alexander has held Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions at stand-alone health care
organizations and in organizations that were part of large national healthcare systems.
Additionally, he has served as a chief administrative officer and in other executive level
positions. Mr. Alexander has years of experience in financial turnarounds; operational
improvement initiatives; mergers and acquisitions; and, physician services management and
acquisitions. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Fellow in the American College of
Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA.) He
is a past recipient of the ACHE (Oklahoma regent) young healthcare executive of the year. Mr.
Alexander is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelors degree in
business administration. He is also a graduate of City University with a masters in business
administration degree.
