inherent potential of an organization, the project will be focusing on different aspects of management in
running an organization successfully and how effective management contributes in helping an
organization to reach its true potential.

The article presents us a very delicate issue relating to the management of an organization in a
very simple way. Considering that from the very beginning people within and outside the
organization, Google, has questioned the worth the managers bring to the table for the
organization, it experimented with flat organization by eliminating engineering managers to
create a friendly environment. The experiment had to stop with too many people directly

the safety needs; these are mainly relating to safe area to live in, availability of medical facilities,
