- Monitored the progress of activities in relation to the master work program and project budget
and prepared reports to senior staff.
- Assisted in Preparing Program of work by scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and
milestones using MS Project.
- Took part in the testing, sampling & inspection processes as required and kept records and reports
in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
- Prepared detailed shop drawings for piling and shoring works using AutoCAD.
- Attended periodic progress & technical meetings held with all relevant parties.
- Coordinated with the main Contractor, Consultant, and other sub-Contractors (such as
deWatering and Excavation contractors) to resolve any problem or obstacle in the site that may
affect the work to prevent delays.

- Coordinate with Concrete batch-plants to make sure that there is an adequate amount of concrete
on site by the time of casting.
- Prepared Method statements for Piling work, shoring work, and Pile tests.
- Provided input to senior staff to enable them to prepare progress and other reports.
- Assisted the senior staff in carrying out any commercial, contractual or contract administration
tasks including letter writing and minutes of meetings as instructed.
- Assisted in Cost Estimation of projects by calculating the amount of Steel re-bars, Concrete,
Drilling fluid (Bentonite clay), and overhead expenses needed for the project.
- Assisted in the Tendering process of possible future projects.
