We start this evenings proceedings with
welcoming the guests on to the dias. The
celebrations will begin with a prayer by the
college prayer group then follows the wel-
come address by the President of the col-
lege students' society. The next will be the
presentation of garlands and bouquets to
the guests of the evening and others. We
will then listen to a brief report by the Prin-
cipal of the college's activities and progress
during the year. We will then have Prof
Narayana introducing the Chief Guest, the
renowned scientist, Prof Bhoutik. What fol-
lows then is the highlights of the evening's
programme, the Chief Guest's message.
