III2 &OMMITMENT OF THE THREE 3ARTIES
6y signing this document) the student) the sending institution and the recei2ing
institution confirm that they appro2e the proposed Learning #greement and that they
9ill comply 9ith all the arrangements agreed by all parties. Sending and recei2ing
institutions underta3e to apply all the principles of the ,rasmus 'harter for =igher
,ducation relating to mobility for studies (or the principles agreed in the inter-
institutional agreement for institutions located in partner countries).
The recei2ing institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table # are
in line 9ith its course catalogue.
The sending institution commits to recognise all the credits gained at the recei2ing
institution for the successfully completed educational components and to count them
to9ards the student8s degree as described in Table 6. #ny eceptions to this rule are
documented in an anne of this Learning #greement and agreed by all parties.
The student and recei2ing institution 9ill communicate to the sending institution any
problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme) responsible persons
