COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at Gh a z i a b a d / No i d a .
3. EXCISE DUTY: N I L f o r A C DB P a n e l & B MK a n d 1 0 . 3 % e x t r a f o r Ma r s h a l l i n g B o x e s because ACDB
Panel & BMK shall be supplied from approved vendors but Marshalling Boxes shall be manufactured at our works and our
Manufacturing unit Mini Engineering Works, Ghaziabad.
4. SALES TAX: 2% against form C for dispatch outside U.P. 14.0% VAT within U.P. If form C is not available, then full rate of
tax will be applicable as per sales tax rules.
5. DELIVERY: The delivery schedule shall be as per your delivery schedule.
6. PAYMENTS: 30% as advance along with order; and balance 70% with full taxes and duties against Performa invoice and
prior to dispatch.
7. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 September2014 from the date of offer.
8. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of the items suppliers
mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase in the rates of these items on account of
price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be charged extra to your account.
9. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against any manufacturing defects.
10. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of control panels shall be carried out at our Principals works. We would welcome the
deputation of your authorized representative for witnessing the final testing at our Principals works with prior appointment at
mutually convenient schedules.
11. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not submitted then
difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
12. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
14. PACKING: The Packing charges shall be charged extra @ 4%.
