sitecondition / Project Scale, Shall be Paid to M/s JACK CONSULTANTS, Trivandrum. ( Total ConsultancyFees is split into 4 Equal Instalments of 25%Each, Ie - Advance 25%, Plan hand over 25%, Corporation Drawing25%, Completion Drawing25%)
Note : Plan submission Agent Fees in Corporation, Corporation FilingFees, Commision, Bribe if anyshall be paid extra and not included in the above mentioned rate.
