Description of how to implement in the class:
The video Dollars and Cents found on BrainPopJr will be used to introduce the basics of money and the values as well as when the dollar and cents
symbols are to be used. Students will be asked to watch the video closely and remember one money type and the value it holds. There will then be a
time where students will share their item and value. The teacher will then break students into smaller groups where they will review the video again
looking for new items that they may have missed the first time. Each group will then list two more facts that they were able to find in the video. The
class will then perform the activity Going Shopping which can be found at
