1. General description

Explosion-proof electro-pneumatic distributors with
relay type RP-24 and RP-220 are designed to change
direction of airflow supplied to single-acting pneumatic
cylinders or other devices with small air demand, and to
indicate presence of air working pressure at any point of a
pressure system by switching contacts in the electrical
circuit
The relays meet requirements of the Polish Register of
Shipping



2. Usage conditions

Explosion-proof distributors with relay type RP-24 and
RP-220 marked

II G EEx ed II B T4
can be used in outside rooms and areas classified as
explosion hazard zones 1 and/or 2, where explosive
mixtures of gasses and flammable vapours with air
(explosion hazard groups IIA and IIB, temperature classes
T1T4) can accumulate



3. Compliance with standards

Explosion-proof distributors with relay are manufactured
in accordance with good engineering practice in terms of
safety, and with the current state of technical knowledge,
to meet requirements of the following standards:
PN-EN 50014:2002(U),
PN-EN 50018+A1:2003(U),
PN-EN 50019: 2002(U)
harmonized with the EU Directive 94/9/WE.
